Works great for the last few months
I have used these for a few months, very satisfied. Easy set up with my wifi, alerted me once for my leaking dehumidifier in the basement. I had used other brands before but it didn’t work with my upgraded WiFi anymore.

Fantastic and effective
Amazing. These give me peace of mind with any potential leaks. I will say that I’m having a hard time figuring out how to share the app/permissions on another device in the home

Great devices, link with other services like Google great! Awesome to have piece of mind when away! Much better option for the price than other devices that only make an beep sound and require attention to monitor for leaks.

Will not stay connected
These will not stay connected despite being connected to LAN. Waste of money . I will not keep pulling out refrigerator to try and reconnect them. But something else.

Seems to do what it says. Excellent customer service
I’m using this to detect any water heater leaks. Setting up was pretty and pouring a bit of water on the floor triggered alarms, text alert, and email alert, as expected. I had an issue with a defective sensor after several months and customer service responded extremely quickly and effectively, even dealing with multiple USPS failures.

Software installation is complex, not for a novice
1. The product description states "effortless installation" - placing the units is easy - but configuring the software installation is not. If you are at all phased by IT connectivity - try another system that is more easily installed. 2. This was delivered to the UK from the USA - so it came with a USA 2 pin plug.
