Epa dha content is fine. Serving unit is fine. Quality is fine. Just the packaging and Amazon delivery was below par especially during hot summers.

Hard to swallow due to how rough the capsules are. But otherwise, it's alright.

Ordered in may 2025 got sep 2024 stock no idea how they kept it this long in the stock tablets are hard and seems to be kept under high temp that causes issues definitely not kept under cool and dry place pathetic experience will stop ordering from amazon. wont update prime membership no use. Try to cut the capsule and smell it, if it smells rancid then please dont consume dont put your health at risk for mere 700rs loss

Operation success but patient died. The content of capsule is excellent. But the capsule is very hard, feels like tablet. Smell was awkward and it's very difficult to swallow. Kindly change the capsule outer layer. Thank you sir 🙏
