The inspection and support process did not inspire confidence and left me feeling that genuine customer concerns were not being taken seriously. A mattress is a long-term investment, and buyers deserve both quality and reliable customer support. Unfortunately, this purchase delivered neither. No Edge stiffness, may fall down if you sleep at edge. Unable to sit on edge. Not suitable for zero partner disturbance.

I have been using from last 6 months, no issues and no back pain.. effectively working.. got this at 4500 from Amazon freedom sale.. best quality and material.. but it is suitable for winter season and in summer having a ac room..
