Needs instructions
The media could not be loaded. They seem to work very well but came with no instructions on the box or inside I had to search YouTube videos to find out how to use them at least put instruction on the box

WORKS AMAZING!!!! highly recommend!
This was the coolest gadget ever! i have a pair of heels for my wedding day and one of them was too tight. I tried stretching them at home using frozen bags of water, wearing thick socks, using a hair dryer etc. and NOTHING worked. I stretched the heel for 3-4 days and it fits perfectly now. these heels were very delicate too because they have rhinestones all over them so i was worried the stretcher may cause the fabric to loosen the rhinestones, but to my surprise it did not!!!! it even came with a little hanger for organization and nice shoe garment bag, which i use for my husbands dress shoes when we travel!

They do a great job of reaching the toe area but beware if you have a narrow heel.
I like these shoe stretchers. I have purchased other shoes stretchers in the past that were not pointy enough to stretch the toe area. These did what I needed them for. I like that they also stretch the length . I took 1 star away because the length/heel stretcher was too wide in my opinion. I have a narrow heel and this made the heel of my shoe too wide causing it to move up and down slightly.

Not for wide width feet
Nice shoe stretcher but not made for wide feet .I have extra wide feet and could not stretch wide enough

Highly recommended for a 1/2 size increase and pintch spot to toe.
Great quality. It took me a bit to figure out how to use it, but it really works. My feet grew about a 1/2 size during pregnancy and never went back. A couple of pairs of heels that were once OK started killing my feet. This product is very modular with lots of little pieces to add to trouble spots to customize the stretch. It can really stretch length and width. A couple tips: gently heat with a blow drier or wear the shoes to warm them up first. Also I needed to store the shoes on the stretcher to maintain the shape. I did buy a second set for another pair. Go slow with the stretching and be patient so you don’t crack your leather.

This product doesn't come with a best practice guide so your left to figure it out on your own. That being said it works but I do suggest getting the professional shoe streaching spray.

Be Patient
Worked okay. I stretched them for a few days, not too much different. Cranked a little more and stretched for a few days, a little improvement. So, I cranked as hard as I could and tried again. After a few days, they are getting close.Now I need to figure out what that odd looking pink thing is for.

No directions included, but they work.
It took me a minute to figure out exactly how to use these because I had never had to stretch a pair of shoes before. I wish there had been a set of directions included, but I guess it's pretty easy to figure out. I really don't have anything to compare it to because I have never used a product like this before, but does what it's supposed to do, so I don't really have anything negative to say about it. And it is a lot less expensive than some other ones I looked at, so of course that is a plus as well.
