I have owned other shredded latex pillows. The one I had was old and matted down and it is amazing how much having a new one helps. The ability to add or remove the latex is a plus. I ended up adding quite a bit until it was perfect for my needs. One thing to know is that the king pillow is huge! You cannot fit it into a king size pillow case. I ended up returning that and getting the queen sized and it is ample enough to use on a king sized bed. Review: I love this pillow. It took a couple of nights to get the amount of filling correct for me, but now it’s by far the best pillow I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. I’ve got chronic neck problems, and I’ve tried so many different pillows, but this is the winner because I can adjust it to support my head and neck at the perfect height while still being soft and comfy. There’s enough filling left over that I could easily stuff another travel pillow if I had a travel-size case to fill. Also I like the smell of the latex it did go away after like 1 month.
