SpigenSlim Armor Galaxy Note 4 Case with Air Cushion Technology and Hybrid Drop Protection for Samsung Galaxy Note 4 2014 - Shimmery White

I haven't owned any other Spigen cases, nor any other cases for the Note 4. The version of the Note 4 that I own is from US Cellular, bought in early 2015. So having said that, here are my thoughts:This case is well designed, and the fit and quality are very good. Especially at this price point of under $20 bucks. I can say that I have accidentally dropped my phone a couple of times (once on concrete) and the case held up perfectly. I expected to see scratches or scuffs on the case from the drop, but there are none to be found. The black sections that you see in the picture are from the rubber part of the case that houses the phone, and then the colored plastic section snaps onto that. The rubber sections that are exposed, are actually a slight bit larger than the colored plastic sections, so that if you drop the phone, the rubber is going to hit no matter how you drop it. This should make the plastic last a lot longer, and not look beat up.The case itself adds a "lip" around the screen, for added drop protection. Even the rear camera has a lip so that, unless you drop it on the corner of something, the screen and camera are well protected.The added rubber buttons on the sides of the case fit perfectly over the factory buttons, and work with little to no extra effort to engage. I often will still accidentally power on my phone when just taking it out of my pocket because I have squeezed a button. So they definitely don't make it more difficult to push.The speaker on the rear of the case and the microphone ports all line up perfectly with my version of the phone, and everything works like it should. (Why oh why did Samsung chose a sinle speaker on the back of the phone?) The S-Pen is still very easy to pull in and out.Other reviewers have mentioned the kickstand being cheap and flimsy. That doesn't seem to be the case with mine. It works great, and I have no fear of it "popping" open when I don't want it to. It's very tight. In fact, if you don't have fingernails, it can be difficult to open at times. Once the stand is out, it props up the phone perfectly. My only guess on the comments about it being flimsy are that the hinge mechanism isn't permanently attached to the case. It relies on both sections of the case being together, to provide the hinge function. (The kickstand is not attached to anything if the case is apart.)As far as size goes, the case doesn't add as much heft to the phone as you would expect. Again, I cannot comment on other cases, but the phone still feels the same size in my pocket with or without the case on. (This is a big phone anyway...so....)At this point, I would highly recommend this case. You simply cannot beat the fit and quality for under $20 bucks. And the gold color looks very good. It's almost the same as the gold used on the newer iPhone 6's. If you're into that sort of thing. LOL.

Ordered two different Spigen Cases after hours and hours of case searching (yeah I should have spent my time better but better for you reading this review). This one was my favorite (but only after receiving both Spigen cases and trying them out). The other case I bought was the Spigen NEO Hybrid Metal Case in Gunmetal. It was the best looking case but got beat out for all the following reasons:I care about these things in this order when I buy anything: Utility, Value, LooksUtility: This case is sturdy and secure. All of the phones sensors and access ports have great sized cutouts (I have a Verizon Note 4). The only port that may be tight is the headphone/aux port. I have some expensive headphones with a wide connector and it manages to snugly fit. The buttons (volume and power) are easy to push and feel right to the touch. The best part of this case is the feel. The curved edges make this unusually large phone fit comfortably in one hand and it doesn't slide on me. One of the huge problems with the metal spigen case was how uncomfortable it would get to hold over extended periods of phone usage. Also the kickstand is a huge plus.RECOMMENDATION: When you get this case, apply a sliver of ducktape (the width of the kickstand) to the inside of the kickstand. Make the sliver of tape long enough so that it runs longer than the kickstand and stick to the interior of the plastic case. Then leave the phone in the kickstand position for 30 minutes so that the tape will stretch and settle so that whenever you use the kickstand it will extend properly to its fully cocked position (allowing you to stand the case up). Unfortunately this may be confusing if you have not bought the case yet. The reason I recommend this is because the kickstand is not part of the exterior plastic of the case (stand alone piece). Although it functions properly when your phone is in the case (and doesn't fall out), it does feel like it could snap off if you put too much pressure on it. Also, if you ever had to remove you case in a hurry, you could easily lose the kickstand for good. By doing what I said, you completely eliminate those problems.Value: Compared to all of the cases on the market, this case is the cheapest you can get for great damage protection. This case won't protect against water damage, but it is extremely well built for drops/falls. I recommend getting the Zagg Invisible Shield Glass in combination with this case for ultimate protection. I chose to buy this case and the screen protector for a combined cost of $42 on Amazon Prime. The alternative was for me to buy no protection and spend a minimum of $100 for phone insurance (3rd party; if we are talking phone carriers insurance then insurance price is WAY MORE). As an alternative to insurance, this is a pretty great value (only loss, theft, or water damage can get you). For me personally, I am very careful with phones to begin with and this is the best value for me.Looks: This is the 2nd best-looking case I could find for my white note 4. The other spigen case looked much better, but lacked in so many categories that I had to go with this case hands down. Plus, it still looks good in white & black.CONS: There is only 1 short fall of this phone case. I have big fingers and I cannot get a consistent reading when using the heart rate sensor on the phone. This is by no means a deal breaker for me (personally I find that functionality as a neat gimmick), so I did not mind. Also, this case is quick and easy to take off if I did want to use the heart rate sensor.

Cette coque de qualité est très bien conçue. La combinaison d’un matériau absorbant et d'un matériau résistant permets une très bonne protection.

Estas carcasas, de las que tengo y he tenido varias Son Perfectas Para:- Aguantar Verdaderos Golpes. Entre los que he experimentado: lanzarlos desde la bici al asfalto a 20km/h. Caidas varias, golpes fortuitos de herramientas, Golpes con mobiliario cuando los llevas en el bolsillo..- Ver Videos en Restaurantes, Aviones, etc. Gracias a la patilla stand.Y no lo son para: Presumir de estilo. Son muy Bulky.Lo malo: La patilla se acaba rompiendo y no venden (que yo sepa) repuestos. A mi me han durado unos 2 años.

très bonne qualité, et protège très bien mon note 4. Cette coque est assez grosse mais tout dépend de ce que l'on cherche. Je l'ai associé à une vitre trempée de protection. J'en ai 2 depuis 1 an et ils n'ont pas bougés.

Diese Hülle wurde mir von meinem Handyverkäufer empfohlen, da eer selber bereits sehr gute Erfahrung mit der Marke Spigen gemacht hatte.Mein Hauptgedanke war es, dass ich eine Hülle habe, die mein Smartphone schützt und gleichzeitig noch einen brauchbaren Ständer besitzt.Diese Hülle erfüllt diese Bedingungen vollends. Der Ständer ist sehr Stabil und rastet auch nach über einem Jahr immernoch zuverlässig ein, sodass er nicht ständig herumflattert. Die Hülle ist auch sehr angenehm. Die Mischung des schwarzen Gummis und des Perlweißen Kunststoffes sehen gut aus und fangen alle Stöße sehr gut ab. Wenn man nicht gerade das Display auf einen größeren Stein fallen lässt, ist das Smartphone bestens geschützt und wirkt nicht übertrieben groß.Für die Nutzer des Sensors auf der Rückseite für die Gesundheitsfunktionen muss ich sagen, dass dieser mit der Hülle nur sehr eingeschränkt genutzt werden kann. Die Aussparung ist für den Sensor groß genug, nur leider ist sie etwas zu klein geraten, sodass der Sensor bei mir nicht richtig arbeiten kann. Ich habe relativ schmale Finger, sodass es relativ viele Nutzer betreffen wird, die diesen Sensor aktiv benutzen wollen.Ich kann diese Hülle damit eingeschränkt weiter empfehlen, da ich voll und ganz damit zufrieden bin, man aber nicht alle angebotenen Funktionen des Smartphones zu 100% verwenden kann.
