I love these cards. I'm 58 years old and I am a beginner at yoga. The cards are a nice size, sturdy for everyday use and very informative if you want to learn the proper forms and breathing techniques. I love that I can create a ton of different routines. My only complaint is that I wish that there were duplicates or triplicate cards of some of the poses such as the Salutations, downward dog, corpse and a few others, ones I use on a regular basis anyway.BUT....I have found a work around....I copied my cards on my printer (front and back) and then laminated them...poof..now I have duplicates. (see pic#2).Since I make my routines for the week ahead of time, I decided to take the routines that I created and used a hole punch to add a hole on the top left corner of each card, then I used a binder ring to group together my routines. (See pic #3). Now I just grab the routine or routines I want to do and off I go and....since they are all waterproof, I can use them on my paddle board, pool deck, a park or wherever I want.I also purchased meditation cards and now I have added one or two to each of my yoga routines....perfect match!!

These yoga cards are great! So many poses included with cues for getting into the pose, images to see the pose and categories (hip-opening, etc.). As a new yoga teacher, I use these when creating a yoga sequence. I like laying them out on the floor in order so I can see them as I practice the flow. The cards are a nice size so the font isn't too small and I can easily see the poses from my mat. There are also suggested sequencing for different body target areas. Overall, these are really helpful yoga cards.

I’ve recently taken a interest in yoga and deepening my practice. I’ve had some previous yoga instruction so I’m not a brand new, first time ever beginner. However, I didn’t just want to take classes and watch videos, I wanted to really understand the history of yoga, all the health benefits, correct form and posture - the works. I found these cards on Amazon, saw the reviews and placed my order. The cards arrived a few hours ago and I am ALREADY in love with these!I am someone who needs to see products in scale - like how big it actually is. I hate ordering something, getting it and opening it like “this is so much smaller than I expected”. So I included a picture of a card next to a soda can (it was the closest item to me that would be easily recognized for its size). In my opinion, the cards are the perfect size. Big enough for all the info to be read and seen but still small enough to still be more portable. They are made of a sturdy plastic that’s flexible and easy to clean and wipe off. You can also use a dry erase marker to mark on some for practice building and then easily wipe them off.I purchased the beginner and intermediate combo pack. The cards have sooooo much information on them. The sets come with an index card that’s colored coded for the type of pose and it’s primary benefits. There is a color guide that explains what each is for and why it’s sorted that way. There are several cards in each set that offer a suggested practice/routine - it explains the goal of that practice (tone, relax, detox, etc) and then when you flip the card - it has a visual breakdown of the cards and it’s color coded and numbered. Each pose is sorted by color and 1 card contains the picture of the pose on the front along with tid bits of info on it and then on the back - there is a detailed write out of the pose and the top benefits/results of that pose.There are some cards that have blank squares for you to write on (DRY ERASE ONLY) to create your own practice. Some additional cards include some other fun info about how to build your own practice and several salutations.Overall - this set just exceeded my expectations. All the info and details collected into a portable, color coded, numbered that also includes visual aids and health benefits make this well worth the money. No memberships and subscriptions and you can learn at your own pace.

First off, these cards are slippery. Like, irritatingly slippery. You cant even hold two in your hands without a tight grip because they'll just slide against each other and slip out of your hand. It's annoying trying to hold an entire sequence and half the cards falling down. However, I'm guessing this is what makes them waterproof, so I'll bear with them.For people who say many poses overlap between the two sets- not really. It's like three poses altogether, and they, oddly enough, offer different direction. However, I like that both sets are color coordinated the same. I don't think of them as different sets at all, and I appreciate the continuation in numbering. I really like the cards to make your own sequences- you can write down numbers with a permanent marker or dry erase one. There are also some blank cards for notes, and I personally, as a beginner, love the already-made sequences. I also appreciate the modification direction, but if you really need more information (as I do), go watch some videos online for each pose. The only thing this lacks is true guidance on your breathing, but I don't mind because I want to focus on my alignment and posture before I truly try connecting breath.They're kind of thin, but you're not going to be playing egyptian war with them. They're small enough to be handheld but big enough to see during practice. I think the $35 sale is a good price. I think the $49.99 is a stretch, but it depends on how much you value the content itself, verses the quality of the physical card.Overall, I love these cards, and they're really useful as I try and teach my friends yoga as well!

Great for creating a personalized flow. Cards are extremely slippery. I am considering using a hole punch in the corner of the cards and putting them on a binder ring to make them easier to use and to keep in order. I love the detail in the cards. The coating keeps them clean and durable, but the darn things end up all out of order because of the slippery surface. I wish they came with some type of storage.

Hundreds of cards for yoga poses. Been using for years. Best investment for my health.
