I bought the iBELL 45A plasma cutter after reading the product description that claimed it could cut up to 12 mm thick metal plates. Unfortunately, my real experience was very disappointing. The machine can cut only 2 mm to 3 mm sheets with some effort, but even then, the cutting finish is not smooth or clean. When I tried cutting 5 mm or 6 mm plates, the machine struggled a lot and could not make a proper cut. There were frequent sparks and mini explosions during cutting, which made it unsafe and uncomfortable to use. It never came close to cutting 8 mm or 12 mm, as the company claimed. Another major problem is with the electrode and nozzle that came along with the machine. They seem to be non-original and of very poor quality. The electrode melted and lost shape within just 30 minutes of use, and the nozzle also wore out quickly. Because of that, the arc became unstable, and the cutting quality dropped even more. I strongly believe the main problem is not just with the machine, but also with the low-quality consumables they supplied. The machine itself doesn’t look completely bad in build — it feels decent in design and compactness — but it fails to deliver the power and performance that iBELL claims. I even tried adjusting air pressure and current levels properly, but it made very little difference. For light sheet metal work, it might somehow manage, but it is not suitable for professional or heavy cutting jobs at all. Overall, I am not satisfied with this product. The performance, finishing, and accessory quality are far below expectations. If you are planning to cut more than 3 mm or 4 mm thick metal, I would not recommend buying this machine. It might be okay for small hobby use, but definitely not worth the money for serious work.

Not works up to the mark or as described they have mentioned that it can cut upto 15 mm clean cut but it struggles to 12 mm though I have used a separate 40 amp circuit breaker and 4mm sq gauge wire as they suggested and also a air filter unit but failed in performance.
