Il cuscino è fantastico, i materiali sono di qualità, robusti e durevoli (ovviamente solo il tempo e l'utilizzo continutivo potranno dare la conferma definitiva). Permette di effettuare hip thrust con un carico elevato senza sentire troppa pressione o dolore. Consigliato.

Usato in studio tantissimo per lavoro con carichi importanti nell’hip thrust. Solido, ottima protezione, zero dolore anche con 200kg di hip thrust. Unico neo, essendo ingombrante tende a comprimere sul basso ventre in discesa ad anca flessa anche se sei settato bene con appoggio su anche/quads. Ad ogni modo consiglio l’acquisto
