Mis-priced and missing protein information
You have mis-stated the price per pound, according to my calculations. The actual price per pound is $0.79. This mis-statement is VERY detrimental to your potential for sales among those of us who are price-conscious...Normally, the King Arthur Bread flour has 12.7% protein content. The protein levels should be included in your technical description, when it's not obvious from the photographs of the product label. My question: What is the protein content of THIS product?Thank you.
