I got this product to help with some pains I was getting in my feet, a friend said it could help. Knowing most people are deficient in B vitamins I figured it couldn't hurt to add on with my daily B12 supplement. I looked into it and saw it also helps with fatigue and foggy memory. Bonus! What I did not know is that Vitamin B1 helps the body produce melatonin. The first few days I took it in the morning and shortly after took long heavy naps. Once I figured out the melatonin thing, I decided to take it at night. It has only been a week so far but I am noticing a difference. I wake up about 5 to 10 minutes before my alarm now and sleep solid every night. I don't usually have trouble sleeping but I am known to wake once or twice at night. Something I don't seem to do anymore. So far I love it. The taste is not bad at all, it just tastes like glycerin.

First time to take thiamine. I took it at night first time and felt it kept me awake. I waited a couple of days and took in the morning with food. I was so sleepy........go figure! Actually, I don't think I had slept enough the night before so could not blame it on thiamine completely. A couple weeks into it I have lowered the dose to half a dropper. My system has gotten used to it I think. However, I have to eat with it, I have this complete empty gutted feeling if I do not. I get more hungry by or before next meal time. I was too thin so I am not worried about that. I am loving the focus and noticed with first use. I am getting more done.

This was recommended for me to help with sleep and it definitely has. It has helped to calm the busyness of my mind when I go to bed and I’m able to fall asleep faster.

Easy way to get extra thiamine and it tastes good.
