I bought this for my daughter. She does hybrid school so when she's at home she can sit in her bean bag chair and put this on her lap and do her school work. We live in a small apartment so no room for an actual desk unfortunately. I have even borrowed it to use and put my tablet and keyboard onto it and was able to utilize everything. I will say if you want to use tablet and keyboard or laptop you won't have room for papers on it too. Thankfully I have a little drawers thing for all her school items and just put it on top of that so she can use the computer and do her homework. Love the colors and the flowers on it. She loves how soft it is underneath. Definitely lightweight too. If I could I'd give it 10 stars!

I purchased this in Starry Blue and it is not only a very pretty design, but exactly what I was looking for in a lap desk. I have a 14 inch laptop and it fits well on the lap desk with room to spare. I was concerned that my laptop might slip off since there is no lip on the lap desk. However, even though my laptop has only one remaining silicone strip on the top of the underside, it does not move or slip around on the lap desk. It is very comfortable to use while sitting up in bed, and can also be used to write on or use as a small food tray.

I really like this tray. I'm glad I didn't worry about getting one with a ledge strip to keep the computer from sliding forward. Mine doesn't slide at all. I really like the design and the surface is resistant to water drops and easy to wipe clean. Its a little pricey for what it is though.

nice and sturdy works well for homework

I bought this to for reading and word puzzles, but I made the mistake of visiting my mom for a few days. I came back to my board being absconded by my husband. I just ordered him his own, so I can get mine back!This is a sturdy board that still feels light weight. The stitching is strong, and the fabric is colorful and smooth. The top coloring is vibrant but not distracting.There are 2 cushions underneath, which I find really helpful. It doesn’t get too hot on your lap when a computer has been on it for a while. You can flip the board and lay a screen between the two sections. It also allows you to better balance the board in different situations.The board is HARD, if you accidentally lay on it after putting it on its side at the side of your chair… so just don’t flop down on the couch with the board pointing up. There is no lip or pencil holder, which is exactly what I wanted. It’s a nice, clean surface that fits a mid-size laptop, a full-size coloring book, or a spiral notebook without issue. That said, the underside is VERY comfortable, not hard at all, and has flexibility.

Worked out great for our 2nd grader to do his homework.

This is the greatest thing ever! I used to balance my computer on a pillow but now it fits perfectly on my lap. The "beans" inside really shape to your requirements. Nice size too.

It's perfect! I use it when I write things down mostly. It's just the right size too.

-Exactly what i wanted. Perfect size for anything.-Laptop as you can see takes the hole desk, but that is what i wanted. You can sit, lay in lazy boy, or just slotche and have it on your knees.-Underneath is filed with little tiny soft beans, which it makes it moddable to the surface table, bed, on top of books, ext.-Shapes so good to your lap even if your legs are curdle under you.-Its stable ennuff you can even have a plate or bowl to eat.-As shown in the pic, i put the remotes to give you idea on how its moldable it is, unlike those Big foam ones they sell for double the price.-Over all i give it a 9.5 out of 10. Again it depends what you want it for.-Came in good condition box within 4 days of ordering. opened box it was wrap in a clear bag, in excellent shape, with a thank you note. I paid $23.00 for this, and now it's gone up in price, so I think I got a pretty good deal. It is quite slippery, but I just bought a laptop fan to go underneath my laptop, and the legs have rubber on the bottom, so nothing is slipping. i didn't notice when I bought this that there is no little ledge at bottom to stop anything from sliding down, like some of the lap tables have. I just didn't notice. Not really a big deal, but if you like that little ledge at bottom, this lap table doesn't have it. I've had softer on the bottom of a lap table, this one you can feel the little balls. More like a bean bag, than a cushion. Beautiful design, I love the design and the little inspirational saying is alright, not to over the top gushy.

Purchased as a gift for my daughter to sit her new laptop on as she has a habit of setting it on her bed and it gets very hot and loud. This solves that! No more loud hot lap top, now she can be comfortable using her computer for school at home again.As described, highly recommend

The attached picture is of my 15.5" laptop on top of this very pretty bean-filled, laminated hard-top lap tray. The top is a half-inch bigger all around than the bean filled bottom which makes it very easy to transport my laptop to any part of the house. It also has a handle if you want to carry it on its own. I highly recommend its quality in relation to its cost.
