Alpha GPC 300mg Brain Supplements for Memory and Focus, Phosphatidylserine

A bit to much in one pill, it causes over load of other supplements.

I don't yet know what the side effects of this product might be but I do know that , according to the bottle, there is a full body of hugely important pertinent brain products. I only hope they will not interfere with sleeping patterns because they are so potent, Tonight will tell the story. I have used the product only once but if I find it effective , I will recommend it to other of my senior level friends. Thank you for this opportunity. Priscilla Ramsey

After several days this definitely made a difference. Took it before bed and helped eased stress levels and brought cortisol down. Helped mental clarity and was effective.

About a week or so after beginning this I began to notice that (1) the words that didn't want to come out easily, now would come to mind, (2) when I went somewhere and did not remember why I went there, in a few seconds the answer would come to mind and I performed the task I came for, (3) long-ago memories that seemed to have faded suddenly popped into mind in less than a minute after I felt the wish to remember. I also noticed that I thought faster and understood what they were talking about on rapid-fire talk shows etc. I made a trial of quitting this and found my mind fading again, so I resumed using it and plan on doing so for the rest of my life.

I have subscribed so I never run out. Brain fog has lifted, far more clarity of thought, improved memory. I need to get my husband taking this!

Taken many months can’t tell it works have now cancelled

Having used this item and others (creatine, glycine, MSM, collagen peptides, D-Ribose) for about 2 weeks, I am quite surprised to note a significant weight loss. I am delighted that this formulary is quite comprehensive in light of fairly recent research on mentality. Hopefully, the claimed formulary is chemically accurate as tested. I have not experienced any adverse effects from using this product. I am male, 77 yrs young.

Decided to risk it and give this a try despite the absurd amount of Vitamin D and toxicity concerns. Interesting supplement, was just looking for alpha-gpc, but have always been curious about huperzine, bacopa, etc. While those additional ingredients were noticed, the effect was very subtle, and not impressive enough to warrant trying again. After 2-3 weeks, began having symptoms of Vit D toxicity as expected, despite heavily supplementing magnesium and Vit. K. The amount of Vitamin D contained in the product is dangerous, and really it shouldn't be allowed to be sold. Plus this is not a well known brand, and purity standards are highly questionable. But if you're willing to riskit, go for it!
