Jacobson Hat Co Mens Squid Cap

I was brought here to comment on how the fit was. It’s pretty decent as far as all of the other squid hats I already owned when I purchased this lucious purple guy for the collection. I’d say it fits about three quarters as good as about half of the squid hats that I had mentioned earlier. I’d have to check my squid hat records to see exactly how many I had when I received this here fella to give you an accurate number that I could give my word on and feel good about doing.

My 6 yr old wanted to be a colossal squid from the hungry shark game. The purple was perfect. I did remove the eyes, because the character only has one big one in the middle. The hat fits him a little big, but it works because of all his hair! I will say, it was difficult to remove the eyes. They were securely glued on. That would've been great, if I didn't need to remove them.

If there is a cephlopod lover in your immediate vicinity, there is no greater gift than this wonderful hat. I am sure they will wear it with pride, as it will allow them to show their love and appreciation for this wondrous and perfect order of Teuthida. I am sure it also serves the purpose of keeping one's head warm. What can beat that?

I was hoping for much more when I saw these. But it was very little and made very Cheap and flimsy.

These aren't the same "squid hats" you see on sale at etsy. These are a cheaper version. The eyeballs are puffs that are glued on and the hat is made of this thin felt like material. Regardless, it is good considering it is much cheaper than the etsy version. Bought this as a part of a "octopus/squid theme" gift for secret santa and it was a hit.

Love the hat(s)! They are a tad on the small size for adults, am hoping they will fit at least one of the intended victims, er, recipients. Hats are pretty well made for the price, too. I may have to send for a couple more...:)

My son loved this product. It was exactly what he expected. He had seen a similar item at a novelty gift shop while we were traveling. It was the perfect addition to his hat collection. The only concern was that the eyes will need to be reglued after a time, but it isn't anything I think could be avoided because of the type of material used.
