This is a very nice, compact bluetooth speaker that packs a lot into a small space.I must admit, I wasn't expecting much from this speaker considering the low price. After the first try though, I'm really impressed!When it arrived it was almost fully charged. I made sure to charge it fully, however. The charging port is a mini-USB, so it is a little old school. I'd rather see a USB-c, as this connection is sturdier and more common these days. The speaker came with a USB to mini-USB cable. The charging port as well as a mini-stereo input are along one edge of the speaker under a rubber flap that covers them when not in use. When you charge the unit, there is a little LED that shines red indicating active charging. The LED is located at the top of the speaker between the four control buttons (on/off, volume -, volume +, and bluetooth). It did not take long to top up the battery and it was clear when it was fully charged because the LED stopped shining.While it is very small, 3.35"x3.3.35"x1.9", it really makes a lot of sound. The specifications indicate that it has 5 watts of power and a frequency response of 60Hz to 15KHz. That isn't bad considering it only has a 2" speaker.When you turn the speak on several notes play and then a voice (female, British accent) states that it is in bluetooth mode (if you paired it). The LED shines white when it is on. When you turn it off, the same voice says "Power Off." Before pairing the speaker, I first connected it using the supplied mini-stereo cable to a small MP3 player and tried several genres of music, including rock, jazz, folk and classical. It supplies good sound, although you obviously don't get stereo from a single speaker. Next I tried to pair it with the MP3 player, and this went flawlessly and simply. Once paired, the speaker plays great wirelessly.I really like this speaker, there was some real thought put into it. There are four little rubber feet on the bottom of the speaker so when you place it on a surface there's no vibration. The speaker has a grill on both sides, so you get good sound in both front and back. The controls are simple to use, but several serve dual purposes by differentiating between long and short presses. There's a little tether provided that can be attached at one corner of the speaker if that is your preference.The speaker comes with some good instructions but you'll soon discard them after you get used to the controls. I'm going to use this speaker a lot, especially when I'm on the go as it is so small and portable.

Its small, and the sound fits the size (3 1/2" x 3 1/2" x 2"). I included a picture of the product compared to an ink pen for size reference.I never figured this would be a powerful audio device. To me, it sounds distorted when you turn the volume up enough to hear in a reasonable environment (more than 1/2 volume). As I am writing this, I am listening to streaming audio via my phone, it is not music, and the sound is very acceptable. I did not care to listen to music through it.The product includes a USB micro charging cable, and the speaker did pair easily with my flip phone.I have other blue tooth speakers similar to this design, and they are pleasant to listen to even at max volume while listening to music. I wavered between a 3 and 4 star rating, but I bumped it to a 4 because the speaker works, and I don't think it is reasonable to set expectations to high for the product based on its size, further it was easy to setup and battery life is good. This might be the perfect match for many potential buyers.This one will work if you want something to set on your desk in a quiet environment and use it as background noise, it will offer a bit more depth than most phones (not all). I have tried it with a variety of settings and music genres. The same result... it works, but not great.

So this little Bluetooth speaker might be a little square but it makes up for it in sound! It's got quite a vibrate sound! It connects very quickly to my device and the sound quality is great! It has a nice small size to be very portable if needed or made to fit in small spaces if necessary too! It has a good value for the money and the battery life is pretty decent as well and lasts a decent amount of time. Now to my knowledge I do not believe that this speaker is waterproof but besides taking a swim with your new speaker friend which i would not recommend it is made pretty well and so I would say pretty durable to last quite a while! (Unless you go swimming with it or something)

I like to listen to my phone's music collection at night, but the built-in speakers aren't the best, and I don't want to fall asleep with headphones or earbuds. Looking about, I saw this compact Bluetooth speaker and snapped it up.First of all, I love the speaker's build quality and heft. It looks great and feels ready to take on the toughest outdoor use in addition to providing wireless connectivity in the house.Second, I like the sound! It is clean and crisp, ranging from low bass to high notes. I am pleasantly surprised with its performance.In third place is the ability to build a playlist, load it onto a TF card, plug it into the speaker, and play tunes without needing a secondary source like a phone. You can use the volume and other buttons to move forward and backward in the list.Connecting via Bluetooth was a piece of cake -- follow the instructions and get to listening!While the company doesn't provide an IP rating (Intrusion Protection—a rating scale about a product's water and dust resistance), it does cover the ports with a rubber cover, and the same material protects the buttons. So, I feel comfortable taking it outside and getting some water on it, but to be on the safe side, I won't expose the speaker to rainfall, hoses, or poolside cannonball drenchings.Finally, the speaker has four rubber feet on the bottom to keep it stable on flat surfaces, say like a nightstand:>)Wireless speakers abound and can fetch handsome prices. However, for my intended use, this speaker can't be beat. Pick one up and find out for yourself.
