Using for more than six months., very good cooling. Less power consumption., low noise.

The AC is really good – cools fast, energy efficient and runs quietly. Very happy with the performance. But the installation experience was disappointing. The technician from Mambakkam, Chennai charged ₹4,500, which felt like overcharging, especially since local electricians do the same work for less than ₹2,000. LG should really monitor their service partners better. Overall, the AC is worth buying, but be cautious about installation costs.

After using this product for 6 month, this is the one of the best LG product I am using, The consultants always says 0.5 ton extra only but as per opinion you can go with 0.5 ton less than the suggestions by all ac tech gurus of you are energy efficient person. For my 250 sq.ft room 1 ton AC is sufficient upto 5 person on room, even after you can apply virat mode and manage for the larger croud but this happens once in a while during family gatherings.

The AC works as expected. Most of the negative reviews is based out of service/ AC installation, but in my case I was lucky to have engineers who were skilled and entire installation was completed in 3 hours. Demo was provided, all questions were answered. They informed me about the cost and additional charges for any accessories before starting the process. Had a wonderful experience, the installation happened on same day of delivery and that too on a Sunday. Will write a more detailed product review after using it for a month in peak summers.

After using it for 4 months, I am sharing my experience Installation Services could have been more transparent in terms of charges. I feel Brand technicians demand 400-500 rs extra for the installation. Cooling is good even at 44°C, saving you power compared to o to other brands. Convertible modes also work well. Price is little higher compare to other brands but quality is good.
