Vaello Campos Enamelled Deep Frying Pan / Flat Bottomed Wok / Spanish Sarten - Double Handle 40Cm

We brought this for use on our paella burner for camping. It’s great for those dishes needing a deeper pan. Being enamel makes it easy to clean.

Surprised how large it is. I wanted a large one and I certainly got that. Have cooked several paellas and a few chillis in it. No sticking as long as it is kept well oiled.. you cannot wash these in a dishwasher, and far too big even for my large sink. Not a big problem though, I just clean it on the draining board. It washes up well. I wanted to wait a while before leaving feedback as, until a product has been used several times I don't see how you can give an honest appraisal. Hopefully it will last a long time. Also great looking, so you can take it straight to the dining table.

I bought this pan for the purpose of making fried rice. I could never find a wok big enough for the amount I make. Pan is massive ,but brilliant. So simple to clean, yes you do get some food stuck to it ,but simply put some water in it and allow to soak for few mjns and wipe clean . Versatile pan to cook a number of dishes ,great for batch cooking and the high sides stop food from spilling iver to the cooker top. Happy customer and recommended

This is the biggest pan we have ever had for cooking and the food it cooks is awsome! More heat can get to more food at the same time and makes cooking a joy! The only problem is the size in one respect as when the pan is put on our biggest burner on the over it puts it out! It is that big it starves the flame of oxygen!

Love this Paella Pan! It’s massive and super easy to clean. The first paella tasted amazing when done on it. It didn’t fit my oven as it’s too big but I would highly recommend to buy to anyone who is looking for a nice big pan.

Very nice pan. It is big! But I wanted something bigger than my 30cm wok and this does the trick. I can now toss the food around without it going all over the floor as I normally cook for 4-6 people. I have used it 4 times - no food has stuck to the bottom so far and it is easy to clean with hot soppy water. It is quite heavy and sturdy.

This made for a fantastic bowl to roll dice in for Dungeons and Dragons.It was however quite noisy so I had to glue some cardboard onto the middle of the wok. This is not a complaint because I do not believe this wok was made with dice acoustics in mind.I have not tested the wok for it's ability to cook. I assume it does adequately.

Although I purchased this item it was in fact a present for a friend, so was given to them in pristine condition but knowing her it will be used everyday as she caters for her yoga groups.However, myself I will certainly recommend 'Vaello Campos' products every time.
