These are legitimately some of the most valuable pieces of gear on my bass boat. They work so well, and save a TON of money. You can get them on TW for 1/5th of the cost, but even at $25, they are still worth way more than that with the money they save you from getting tackle unsnagged, and the time it would take you to re-tie.I'm not sure how well these would work for a bank angler, but if you are on a boat, just troll over the the back side of where your bait is hung up, clip on, drop down and jig up and down. Usually pops off right away. Every once in a while you lose them both, but not often.
