Great deal and Great product
Great quality - was cheaper to order here then Waterdrop directly and faster shipping so that was a bonus! We always order our replacements on amazon for that reason! This ensures we are constantly drinking the freshest filtered water!

Good replacement filter, but be careful when taking out the old filter
The filter itself works fine, but be careful when taking out the old filter. I must not have completely relieved the pressure, because when I went to put the new filter in it would not insert properly. The customer service rep was very patient and quickly diagnosed the problem, which involved re-positioning the locking bracket deep inside the filter tube by moving it slightly counter-clockwise. {See photo}

Easy to install and works well
This replacement filter is easy to install and fits the compatible Waterdrop RO system well. The water tastes clean, and the filter works smoothly without any issues. I also like the long 6-month lifespan, so it does not need to be replaced too often.
