I don't know if it works because I didn't see any bugs on the mattress or anywhere in my hotel room. BUT I used it anyway for my peace of mind.

I like it , not sure if it repels bed bugs but I spray it at any hotel I go to. So far so good .

Used during a camping (old cabins with carpet...yuck) trip. The strong was not too overpowering even though I spray lots of it all over mattresses (4 twins, two queens and some areas of the carpet nearest the bunk beds). Even my sister who has allergies and can't stand perfume or strong odors did not complain. Still have plenty left but will buy again for every time I travel especially for hotels. I don't know if it worked but it sure gave me peace of mind which was worth the money spent. I slept well but I also bought disposable bed sheets to work as barriers between bed sheets and myself.

I received the product with all this label pieces fallen off inside the bag. It doesn’t give me the confidence that it’s a new product or packaged appropriately.
