Good looking and extremely comfortable. Order at least a size up.
First off- I wear a size 11.5 US. I ordered them in 45, which I think is a size bigger? Any way, like a lot of good leather shoes they were a bit tight at first, but broke in within a day. Iβve been wearing them here and there for about a week now.Pros:- I like the way they look. I have big fat man feet but I think these shoes actually look pretty good on me.- It seems hard to find a menβs sandal that ha both a big toe loop and an ankle strap. To me, who just started wearing sandals about a year ago, things that help your foot naturally grip the shoe as well as keep it on are very important. The loop and the ankle strap help the shoe feel secure enough for walking.- I actually thought this sandal was going to be heavier and clunkier than it was. Itβs not dainty exactly but it looks like an artisan made it rather than a caveman. Very light.- the material is excellent. Feels good on the sole of the the foot and doesnβt rub. Idk about others but I wear sandals to avoid sweating. So many sandals are made from material that seems to hold in heat and perspiration. Maybe itβs because these are still new to me but they are not a hot or sweaty sandal at all, which is appreciated.- for whatever reason my wife doesnβt like the style of these βJesus sandalsβ and doesnβt steal them like she does every other pair I own. Lol.Cons:- even about a week in they kind of creak with each step. Itβs not irritating to the skin and if you were out in public you probably wouldnβt notice it.- this is barely a con, but they are not slip-on ready for me. Again, Iβm a big guy so maybe just me but I have to fiddle with the straps a bit to get them on.All that said, this is an awesome shoe. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a high quality sandal that is neither super feminine nor a tennis shoe with the toe cut off.

Perfect Gladiator Sandals!
Iβve never bought from Holy Land Market before and I was suspicious at first because of the low price. I mean, really low price! I didnβt see how these could be real leather for that price. Iβve paid more for leather shoe cleaners before!But I sure am glad I went ahead and ordered them. I love them. Theyβre really cute and very very well-made. Also, unlike many recent sandal purchases Iβve made from Amazon, these came packaged in a really nice box with tissue paper around them, the way shoes are SUPPOSED to be packaged.I highly recommend these Holy Land sandals! All of the sandals offered by this seller look just as cute and strappy as these.NOTE - Just for packaging reference:The following has nothing to do with seller, Holy Land Market. Iβve already said that they sent my sandals using great care with their packaging practices. These last paragraphs describe the way my last three [3] pairs of sandals came packaged. This is simply a real-life example of WHAT NOT TO DO when packaging an item for shipment.In the past month, Iβve received 3 pairs of sandals that were so poorly-packaged that the sellers had no business shipping them. They arrived in plastic wrap, inside of an Amazon plastic bag/wrap. (Even though this paragraph is intended to compare packaging practices, I still have to ask you to keep in mind that I paid much much more for the 3 pair of plastic sandals Iβm currently discussing than I did for the beautiful, leather Holy Land Market sandals!)The outer packaging was destroyed just trying to get inside to the sandals because someone had taken clear shipping tape and gone around and around the outer plastic bag, to basically create a clear βcoat of armorβ that had to be cut to get into it. So obviously it was destroyed, as well as the Amazon bag with the tape wrapped around it. Now if I choose to return them, I donβt even have a bag to use for a return. Shame on all of them.I wish I could call out the sellers who shipped their product as described above, but I donβt think Iβm allowed to do that.

great sandals
I just received the sandals. I tried the left one on and it fit well. I wear 10 1/2 and got 45. However I tried the right one on and it was slightly tighter. You can't tell by looking at it but it fits SLIGHTLY tighter. If they are hand made, this is more than understandable. Since they are leather they will form to my foot so I'm not worried. They look awesome! Definitely recommend as of now. Will probably write another review in a few weeks to tell how they're holding up
