Listography: One List a Day: A Three-Year Journal (List Journal, Book of Lists, Guided Journal)

I’ve loved making lists for as long as I can remember. I also love multiple year journals - it’s so fun to go back and compare what was written in previous years. This 3 year journal combines both those things.4 stars because the cover of both my copies was a little bit damaged.

I bought an unprompted 5-year journal 2 years ago. While I loved the concept of jotting down a memorable thing or two down everyday, I found within that time period year, I maybe have a month’s worth of entries.What I really appreciate about this journal is it invites me to think about things via the daily prompts. I don’t have to come up with the material from scratch. And as an avid list makers, it simply warms my soul. I’m actually working through it with my husband and babe too.

I thought this looked like a very easy, simple thing I could do every day, and in the end have 3 years of some kind of journal to look back on. The questions are very introspective - some hard to answer, others very easy - but it makes you think. And so far I've been able to keep up - a minor miracle in my life! You can start anywhere, so it's not a January 1st kind of book -- and I think that almost makes it even better. I love my One List a Day, have recommended it to friends, and will probably buy more for gifts. You won't be disappointed.

I have always wanted to scribble down stories in my life every now and then but keeping a diary feels like too big a commitment. This one list a day is a great substitute and the right amount of effort for me every day. Some of the topics are very interesting and I am always excited to fill out a list before going to bed.I have also bought one question a day journal before and think these kinds of journals are even better than regular diary because you can look back at your answers from the year before or two years before and that always bring back some good memories.

This is a great little journal that is perfect for training yourself to remember to write a little every day. Each entry is only a line, and the book is small enough to fit in a purse. The lists range from thoughtful and deep to simple and fun. I love to look back over old lists and journal entries, and this journal is designed for just that. There are 365 prompts, and you visit them each year. It gives you a simple way to archive your life in the little details, and provide you with an easy opportunity to compare where you've been and where you are now. It's not at all intended for writing anything more than a few words per line, per entry. I'm excited for the opportunity to compare years on every page, but know what you're getting into before you buy. I look forward to filling it out in full.

I received this as a gift for Christmas and I really am liking it. I've been a fan of Lisa Nola's list books for a while. I think this is a super cute journal and love how it can be used for three years. It will be neat to take a look back one day. Good gift for a list lover or bullet journaler.

Loved this item and it was my stocking stuffer for all my friends this year. It's a 3-year journal that you can start whenever you choose (just fill in the year/month/date of your start point). Each day allows you to jot down three thoughts for that day. That it's a 3-year journal allows you historical insight on your introspective thoughts that may/may not provide you with insight on your present situation (that is if you're going into your second year). I love journaling but seldom have time to do so. This allows me to journal on a daily basis within a mere 2-5mins, and is great for processing your existential and behavioral thoughts at the end of each day. Highly recommend for yourself and friends.

Lovely idea and a great thing to pass down in a family etc. This same book is over £15 in Waterstones so I'm glad i found it here.

Like the idea of revisiting for three years. Thought provoking questions make this a little different from usual diary.
