(NB I talk about bowel movements!)Honestly, it's hard to tell whether it's worth it. It's not the sort of thing that you would notice day-to-day, and I only had it for a month. I think it had a good effect, whether it's worth the price is up to you, but I have gone for a second month.During the first couple of weeks, I found myself looking forward to it the night before, which suggested to me that my body knew it was good for me and was craving it. This faded halfway through the month, possibly because whatever I was short on I no longer was. I did notice I was feeling a bit better in terms of mood, energy and concentration in the final 2 weeks I had it. Hard to know if that's because I was also exercising a bit better, or just random up and down swings, or a placebo effect. I was also taking it because of the probiotics - I had taken antibiotics for a week before, and I think I noticed a difference there (definitely my bowels got hit from the antibiotics and wasn't coming out solid or smelling right), and my bowels improved by the final week or two. But again hard to know if that would have happened anyway!But I would attribute some of my improvement to it and am going for a second month!Easy to use - one scoop of what it comes with into a cup of water (300-400ml they direct), mix and try to get all the clumps out.Good taste for me - never expecting it to be amazing and would have been happy it I had to pinch my nose and force it down, but it was nicely pleasant.It's expensive, I paid £65, but it seems to be a quality product, and many other similar ones don't have the probiotics.

Hasn't made much difference to my energy levels and I've been on it now for nearly one month, but I do hope it works for other people, I'm also taking other supplements to try and boost my energy levels, but it's all working out very costly and on top of that I eat very healthy, I just hope it works for you as it's definitely not for me!

full of healthy goodness!I must admit the taste, for me isn't so great, but the product is easy to make, it comes with a measure so you just add a scoop to water (about a cup full) and stir and you have a lovely green looking drink. tasted a bit "sherberty" to me.I received this product at a discounted price for my review. On the day I received this, I had a severe headache from lack of sleep the previous night and possible dehydration. I took this as directed with water (you should have this on an empty stomach, ideally first thing in the morning, and I had already had a pastry) but within the hour my headache had gone. I know that is not the advertisement of this product but I would have to guess the energy benefits of this food had relieved my headache symptoms! It is very easy to prep - simply for 200-300ml of water (I use spring water) into a glass and mix 12 grams of this superfood into it and drink! The green powder is very fine and needs to be mixed well to avoid clumping. I am satisfied with this product because it is vegan-friendly and made in the US which I am always appreciative of.In the last three months I've been unfortunate to have had ear infections, toe infections and tonsiltius. I also suffered with two-three bouts of the common cold so it makes sense that I have a low immune system, which is one of the main factors in my choosing this product. I cannot review one this proportion as I have not used this product in the long term yet.Remember to refrigerate this product! And like any other product, you cannot just take this and hope for the best, it's always recommended to take this with a balanced diet and plenty of exercise!I hope my review has been of some help to you and I thank you for reading it. Taste gets some getting used to, but i feel great

Definitely a product I would recommend. Best thing about it is that it is highly Alkaline.
