Gerbs Super 5 Seed Meal 1 lb.

This was intro'd to me via a friend that puts it into their morning shakes. Definitely a good source of protein and a product that will keep you regular as they say. Tastes good and has multiple uses. Packaging is a bit sloppy. They seal it just fine but there is a lot of gerbs debris outside of the seal which you don't want to eat and makes a heck of mess when opening. They probably need to rethink making a cleaner/neater packaging fill without the above zip lock debris which is not clean. All in all however, this is a great product for shakes, healthy food additives and even great in a glass of water.

Bought for years. Use with oatmeal at breakfast. Solid product.

I've been adding this to everything from salads to smoothies for the past 6 weeks, and can say it is delicious and helps provide the extra protein I need at 77-78 of age.

I make a breakfast “pudding” daily, which uses kefir, Greek yogurt and ground and sifted Superseeds. I had been grinding and sifting everything myself, using a coffee grinder. Gerbs saves me all the time and trouble to do this, but at a higher price. I would prefer it to be sifted a bit finer, but not a big problem.

What a surprise! Excellent taste. Easily blends into my smoothies.

Great just what I wanted. Can’t eat nuts and seeds substitute this for them cause that what it is only ground up

I like the meal rather than whole seeds. This smells good and tastes good. I will buy it again.
