This was really easy and quick to setup. I really game no complaints about the product. I will however be returning it because, I don't need the dock portion. I just need the tap and chip. To explain, I set this up for my wife's business when she does Pop-ups. I have it setup to her IPad and the Ipad doesn't have a USB. The dock is there to keep it charged, if using for an extended time. And maybe nonstop use. We are using it 4-6 hours at max in one setting. More than enough battery left.

We use this often. The only complaint is that you cannot wake up the card reader without taking it out of the holder. It does go inactive after 1 hr.

Work as advertised. Setup took some time but not difficult if you follow the instructions and pay attention.

This helped me so much at markets! I was hesitant at first getting it but I was so happy in the long run! The only issue I have is that when itโs not being used itโll shut off, which could be good for saving the battery however it can get difficult when thereโs a rush.

I bought one in 2024 to use with my iPad and the POS app for a tradeshow and it worked great. A week before the 2025 tradeshow, I did a test charge and everything was fine. A few hours before the tradeshow? It was no longer connected to my iPad and I couldn't pair it. All software was up to date, as was the reader. I spent two hours trying everything in the troubleshooting instructions, then chatting with support, then Facetiming with a techie friend. Nothing worked. I bought another one and overnighted it to the show. Couldn't pair that one either. I think this is too unreliable to waste your money. On an iPhone, you can set up Tap to Pay (in the Connectivity menu) or you could just use another card reader from Paypal or Square and either ring the transactions in Shopify and click Mark as Paid or use an app to sync them or just use the other card reader's POS system.
