Bahco 2101S-200 Ergo Ins Side Cutting Pliers

I have the original banco side cutters which are around 20 years old, but had to replace as i had cut through a live cable and blown a hole straight through them. I was a bit nervous buying these identical replacements as i had bought the smaller pair a year ago and straight away noticed that the insulating handle grips kept sliding off, and any electrician knows that that's a definite no no, so i binned those. Anyway these new cutters seem of good quality, but have noticed that it doesn't say, made in Sweden on the blades anymore. The cutters do a good job for what they are designed for so that's all that matters

Not very good gap between blades see daylight thru when closed

Took a chance on these to see what they’re like but wouldnt buy again, I mean I here okay and get the job done but would buy knipex

The best! Have used Knipex, CK, Draper, NWS and these are easily the best. Have had several pairs of these over the years and have only replaced due to loss.

Broke after less then 6 months use
