Q: You always show the set with the dual pedal but is never included. Is there a set that includes it?

There are 2 pedals that come with the set however one is for the Hi-Hat and the other is for the actual drum foot pedal

You’ll need to buy the double kick pedal, throne and sticks.

I can't address which one is better but I can asnwer about it folding--it does fold up nicely. You can take some of the "heads" and "cymbols" off and fold the whole thing up neatly enough to fit behind the drivers seat of a small car. in the floorboard. You'd need a tote bag or other container to carry the parts you took off to transport it, but it does fold up quite small.
