Review: It will not bust - I have had the 40lb slam ball for roughly a month and a half. 5 times a week I go out and try my best to bust it open. I do sets of 20 slamming it onto concrete, throwing it against a brick wall and hitting it as hard as I can with a 20lb macebell. It has held up amazingly well. Great mindless workout that lets you get out aggression and keep your heart hate up. If I could give this 10 stars I would. I will continue to try to bust this thing open, and if I succeed I will order a new one immediately.
