This meat tenderiser's size is smaller compared to other meat tenderiser, but I am rather happy with this because it let me focus on where I want to punch and tenderise, and also smaller is good for storage. It is solidly made which I expect it will last for a long time.To be fair, meat tenderiser is not a new nor innovative kitchen tool, but this one has the safety lock to prevent accidentally hurt yourself with 48 razor sharp blades. Also this one can be disassembled for easy and thorough clean yourself or in a dishwasher.My family love chicken breast but the chicken can be too dry and hard after grilled. This small meat tenderiser not only do what it said on the box, tenderise the chicken, but also enhance the marinate flavour, and help grill the chicken faster (and indirectly less dry too). My family loves the new grilled chicken breast so much, become our favourite grill.

This needs a leaflet to let customers know how to operate the lock & unlock switch.In fact we didn't know what this was for until we wondered what will happen when we turn this, I suggest a leaflet unclosed explaining this
