Does it come with lure?

The trap kit doesn’t include any lure, we suggest using your own. If you know what the squirrels in your area like then put that in the lure basket, we suggest peanuts, nutella or chicken food as some lures to try.

Does it require any maintenance?

Minimal maintenance is required, you should replace the Co2 canister as needed and keep your lure or bait fresh.

Does it work on other Rodents?

The A18 trap is designed specifically for squirrels but it will kill anything that is attracted to the lure and gets in the way of the striker.

Is the trap reusable?

Yes! The A18 is designed to last for years. After each strike it automatically resets itself and is ready for it’s next strike right away. You can also re-deploy the trap in different locations depending on your trapping needs.

Description

SELF-RESETTING: Dispatches rodents swiftly, then automatically resets, ready for the next one. No checking or resetting required between catches.
HIGH-IMPACT STRIKE: A feather-light tilt trigger fires the CO₂-powered striker the moment the squirrel touches it, delivering a precise, humane blow to the head or spine.
MINIMAL MAINTENANCE: Each CO₂ canister delivers up to 18 strikes before needing replacement. Minimal human interaction required, just occasional checks to replace the canister or lure. Scavengers often handle the cleanup.
DIY LURE BASKET: Use the lure that works best for your environment and the season. Adjust as needed to suit your local squirrel behaviour.
LOW-FI COUNTER: See proof of performance and know exactly when it’s time to replace your CO₂ canister.
BUILT FOR THE OUTDOORS: Rugged and weather-resistant. Ideal for use in woodlands, backyards, gardens, orchards, or conservation areas.
CONTACT YOUR LOCAL WILDLIFE AGENCY: The Goodnature Grey Squirrel Trap Kit is for controlling non-protected squirrels that are causing damage to your property or crops. To use this trap in your state you may require a permit or license.
HASSLE-FREE RETURN POLICY: We’re ready to assist with any troubleshooting. If an issue persists, our return policy is simple and straightforward.
