Zenda Naturals Ketone Strips

I appreciated that the strips showed an accurate progression of me going into ketosis. Throughout my first week I was able to see increasing amounts of ketones on the strip that correlated with my leveIs. I will say that they dont stand up too well to a steady stream, with some of the chemical square being taken off. However, this was easily remedied by dipping the strip instead of putting it under direct flow. Overall, a great economical strip that effectively and accurately measures urine ketones.

Have purchased other testing strips in the past and was disappointed and questioned the results and my progress with ketosis. These strips are amazing! I get results almost instantly and I never doubt what they are! I test 2-3 times daily depending on my diet and each time the accuracy and speed amazes me! These will be the only strips I buy from this point! I corresponded with Jamil from their company and they have excellent customer service! I only needed to do so as the current batch of strips I purchased had a sticker on the lid that stated I could get my next set of strips free just for contacting them. I did so and the whole process was smooth and easy and my strips were in the mail Within 1-2 days. Purchase these strips from this company and you will not be disappointed!

The color doesn't match but they seem to work. At least when I fast ed after 2 days they were very dark. It's impossible to read the intermediate ones because they don't match the colors on the box. I think that there's a ones that didn't pass the quality check at the factory because one of them had the red dye showing after the test and that was what you see on the box. So my guess is they didn't get enough of a particular reagent and then that one had got a bunch of it. These are the first I've ever bought. When they were old they turned brown but the ones I put in the freezer are still fine. Inquiring minds want to know.

I am going on my second intense keto diet in 2 years. Did one last year and lost 60lb, but only gained back 5 in the past 11 months. I have used strips like this before to just confirm I am in ketosis and ignore the actual level since it has so many variables. Compared to 2 other brands (that I paid more for) the readings have been the same. These were much cheaper than the others so this is a win win. If all else fails, get these to confirm you're doing ityoye diet right and to keep yourself motivated to keep going. Simple packaging, easy to open, count is right, and has a dessicant to keep them lasting longer. Over half way through the bottle and haven't had any issues that others may have had. I do know you can have issues keeping items like these in a warm or high humidity area. I keep mine in a drawer in the bedroom and not the bathroom.

I know urine test strips aren't very accurate to begin with, but I'm starting to believe the bottle I got has defective strips. I've used about 40 of them so far, and only about a handful of them have shown any ketone levels in my urine. No, the obvious answer, and the first thing I thought of is that I am not in ketosis. I have a friend always also using urine strips, from a different brand, and every one of those that I've taken shows a ketone level between 1.5 and 4. Even taking them back to back, one from that brand, one from this brand, shows different results. I'll use up the remainder of the bottle, and update my review if necessary at that point.

LOVE LOVE LOVE these keto testing strips!!!! Haven't had ANY problems with these strips, at all!! Great quality and pretty accurate. The strips aren't that long. Therefore, I urinate a little bit inside a disposable coffee cup. Afterwards, I place the strip inside the urine in the cup for about 15-30 seconds. This technique works best for me. Good luck. Update: I've been using these amazing strips for over 2 weeks now. Let me tell you, these strips definitely can detect when I've cheated on my keto diet LOL I find them to be very accurate and helpful. I get upset when I see I'm on the negative side, only due to my cheating. They will definitely help to keep you motivated to get back to the positive side and to stay on the positive side!!! This product seemed to work when I first got it, but a month later (same jar) it's showing much less ketones than it should be showing. I tighten the lid right away and keep it in a dark drawer, so I'm not sure why is losing its accuracy. First day of keto diet, I consumed 13 total carbs the entire day and the strip showed small to moderate amount of ketones in the evening before bed. The next morning, the strip indicated only trace to small amount of ketones, but I had lost 2.8#, which means I was in high ketosis. The evening on the second day of keto (after consuming only 7 total carbs), the strip still showed only trace to small amount of ketones even though I lost 4.5#. I definitely don't recommend this product, based on the accuracy alone. As for the ease of use, you have to pee in a container and then dip the strip in for three seconds and then wait 40 seconds to read it. Not the most convenient. There are only six color codes and my colors didn't always match, but you can put your strip in between the colors to get a better idea of which color you fall closer to. But, again, due to the poor accuracy, I wouldn't recommend it.

Awesome product! I was a bit hesitant about purchasing these due to the low price, I am so glad I took a chance and bought them! I ended up purchasing another bottle for my sister. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I bought some from a health food store that were over $20 and they were garbage compared to these. I saw a sticker on the lid about a free bottle so I text the number and the company contacted me right away with info. I emailed the info they needed and they promptly sent me my free bottle. I am extremely happy with my purchase and with their customer service. I recommend them to everyone who I know are on the keto diet.
