Great fun really my 4yo daughter just loves it. We have another set with blue, red, white, green commands blocks will be nice to have one in this set too.. but 100% fun

My daughter asked for this for her 5th birthday and I do not regret this purchase at all! It is pricey but worth it. The train works really well and has extra functions via the app. It was easy to put together and is really fun to play with. Definitely worth every penny 👌

Bright colourful and inviting. The pieces are easy to handle for younger inquisitive hands to learn and play with safely. I'd keep hold of the box to then store away the pieces for another day.The track and ability to move the pieces, definitely makes this more interactive than some of the other Duplo sets. Just be mindful of some of the smaller components for the ages of 2+ may need supervision.

I ordered this for my five year old grandson who has recently discovered the joys of Lego from his older brother who has given him his sets that were aged too low for him now.This Duplo train set can be used as a stand alone kit or it can be added to other Duplo kits for creating larger play sets and longer, more involved train tracks.This set has been designed and produced to Legos usual high standards with smooth, clean mouldings and is aimed at the younger child. My five year old had no problems in handling and connecting these pieces, he just needed a little help in the actual layout of the track which now that he understands he can easily do himself. This is an interactive kit so it can be used with the app for an extended way to play and learn, as he already has some other Lego interactive sets this simply connected to the same app. To use properly this set requires four AAA batteries which with a lot of use can get a little expensive however unlike many other brands this will also run on 1.2 volt rechargeable batteries of the same size making it much cheaper to play with in the long run.My grandson is totally in love with his Lego train set and whist he hasn't yet got to grips with the app this is something that he will learn to use with a little help from his dad and will not only enhance his play but will also teach him functionality.Another terrific set from Lego.Recommended.

Lego is always a win. This set was great to build with my 6-year-old. The pieces are large enough that she could put it together without getting frustrated, which made it an enjoyable experience for both of us. A fun and satisfying build!
