I like this supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow. I feel more energetic but not crazy after one morning dose. I try not to take it too late in the day because I have difficulty getting to sleep if I do.

I work from home and find myself snacking for no reason. But I can truly say I have stopped now I am not wanting sweets.. I am satisfied.
