This is the only thing that has eliminated my sacro iliac pain, and it's such a simple device!! Just adjust the velcro straps and that's it! Physical therapy didn't help, Advil and heating pads only helped for a short time, but this belt is simply amazing. And I only need to wear it for an hour or two every other day. It doesn't impede any movement, doesn't show up under clothes, and is super comfortable. I'll be bringing it when I hike the Camino de Santiago, walking 15 miles a day carrying a 13 pound pack. It's really a miracle and I bought one as a gift for a friend with hip pain. I'd give this 100 stars if I could. Thank you!

The best belt for sciatic pain caused by SPD during pregnancy. It’s the only reason I can get through any daily tasks. More comfortable compared to the groin belts.

I’m pregnant and my midwife recommended this belt after I started having pubic and SI joint pain. It’s been great! It took me a while to figure out how best to put it on and position it but now it’s pretty quick and easy. It holds my hips together and makes a world of difference.It can be uncomfortable if you’re sitting for longer periods. It’s definitely meant for standing and walking around. They say you can wear it over or under clothes. I recommend over because it can dig into your skin and be uncomfortable that way. I wish Velcro wasn’t so loud but that’s not the fault of the product.

I have been suffering for almost a year with sacroiliac pain. I watched a video online that recommended the purchase of this belt and I purchased it immediately. It arrived in one day and as soon as I started wearing it, it was like a miracle! I quickly had relief while sitting and when I walk, my leg no longer hurts constantly. It was a game changer for me. I hope it brings you relief too. One excellent tip I got was to wear a long t-shirt or tank, put the belt on over the tank in the right location, and then wear your underwear over it. Otherwise, you need to remove the belt every time you need to pee which would be very annoying. Might stretch the undies a bit but who cares when you get pain relief!

This helps when it stays in place, but it tends to ride up on me. Unfortunately, I can't wear it for too long - it does ease the SI pain, but then I start to get pain at my pubic symphysis. So, I guess it's one or the other for me.

This brace is more expensive but really holds the joints together and does not ride up. Plus it is thinner than most and can be worn under clothing.
