Can I get a different sheath? The one that comes with it sucks.

Your options are to get a custom sheath made, this will probably cost more than the knife. Or you make one yourself, there are a lot of tutorials on the net how to make a Kydex sheaths and holsters.

Is the knife itself durable? Like how good is it.

Yes, it is very durable. I have several Schrade blades and this Krambit is every bit a nice and solid as the entire product line.

Savage looking blade but how does one sharpen something with this type of blade angle? Seems impracticle...

It’s an impressive blade....and I used hand held diamond sharpeners of different grit from coarse-fine....it gave me better control than a stone.... Still utilizing its purposes...live in the woods, would like to test it in spring for survival aspects...the blade is strong and sturdy....and for fighting...it just looks intimidating....I do like the double blade aspect...not common among most knifes of this design....
