ok I bought these two weeks ago now today is Jan 31st bc I was feeling just off headaches at all hours heart palpitations could hardly function for lack of energy and my mood was so up and down I started to worry until I saw An actress on tv recommend vitamins for hormonal balance and that was my aha moment so I did sone research and ended up choosing this supplement I like Drs but not pills so much. Anyway I’ve been feeling more energy no more headaches no more heart palpitations my mood is better and my mental fog is gone I’m not a Dr and everyone is different but for me they have helped and I’m glad I took a chance. I had been on a low dose of levothyroxin with borderline TSH . I weaned off the levothyroxin while starting thyroid support and foundI began to sleep much sounder at night. I also woke up much sooner in the morning ready to get up.

I had a problem with these capsules as, they often dissolved either in the esophagus or in the upper stomach area. The result was a breath or a mild burp could result in a choking powder cloud that you'd be wise not to breathe into your lungs.I didn't do any further lab tests, to see if they helped with the hypothyroidism blood chemistry but, they did seem to help with the fatigue and mental acuity issues I've been dealing with - which led me to research the physiological effects of hypothyroidism in the first place, and seek a natural supplement instead of medications.

On my second bottle now. I have noticed a difference in my mood and stress level more than anything. I don’t feel as angry or upset by little things like I was before. I have not been diagnosed with a thyroid issue yet; however, my mother was my age when she began having problems and my symptoms are exactly like hers were at my age. I’m hoping that taking these supplements will let me put off having to take prescription meds. For now, they’re doing the job.
