Is this suitable for fitness lovers to exercise hand strength?

I believe it is. Especially if you are just starting out. If done so on a regular basis, your grip and strength in your hands will improve drastically. You must start out slow and work your way up though, or you will pull a muscle. I have noticed that if you hold it with the bars pointed down, do several reps, and then flip it where they're pointed up, and do reps...it works different muscles in your hands. Some people may naturally think this way, but I don't. So for the slower ones, you're welcome. ☺️
