Just got a new Samsung Galaxy S25 with Speck brand magnetic Qi2 case.I wanted to test it out against my Qi1 charger.Being the nerd that I am, I decided to take some measurements.Phone battery life: 55%Phone felt about room temperature.Qi1 ETA to full: 35 minutesQi2 ETA to full: 12 minutes @12v and 0.75A (9 watts)While there are lots of variables such as temp and battery life, I will be taking more measurements as I continue playing around with this.The new Qi2 charger seems about 50% faster than the Qi1 standard. It could make the difference between waiting 1 hour for a full charge vs an hour and a half for a full charge. This is great if you dont have the time to charge or want to wait, and your phone dropped in water or there is something wrong with the port.Granted, if you do not have the special magnet case, this new charger will revert to Qi1 charging speeds and you will get no benefit.They also made it type C with a Type A adapter so you can use either charging standard. I tried it on both a PD3 and QC3 charger. They both will charge the same speed.While the market for Qc2 on Android is still very new and emerging, this product, as one of the early ones of it's kind on the market is a very good buy at this time. I expect these chargers to get cheaper and have more buying options in the future as the market matures. This is a great charger to buy as an emergency/ just in case charger if something happens to your charging port. But it is still wireless charging which is always going to be much slower and make the phone hotter which is not good for the battery.

Works exactly as it should! Seems to be of high quality

One of the pictures misled me to think this charger had a built in stand that unfolded. That’s the reason I bought this because the idea of turning the charger into a stand is just cool. Not a dealbreaker though. I just wish they were less misleading with the photos they post. Now that I received it and found that this does not double as a charging stand, I can’t understand why it is so thick. That’s my only complaint. Other than that, it works fine.

Although my Samsung Galaxy S23 wirelessly charges at 15w max and takes longer than a "fastest charging" cable provides, i do like this wireless charger. It is magnetic on both sides, so I can use on magnetic phone mount when necessary. Slower charging, but convenient to not have to mess with charging cables.Not sure if I will keep due to slow charging. At 50% life, when placed on charging pad it says 2h12m til fully charged vs provided cable 1h12m, again on a 50% battery. Or I can use a cable i already have that will provide a full charge from a depleted battery in an hour.I rate 5 stars because it's the phones wireless capabilites, not the chargers fault (I'm assuming it is giving the full 15w max output). I had no idea it would charge this slow, given it provides the max wattage capability of the phone.Thats what I get for finally drinking the "magsafe" kool-aid lol but it seems many of the magnetic chargers are higher wattage than regular qi2 wireless chargers (most are only 10w). So given all of these facts, i cannot say this charger is bad.

This charger is my favorite that I've found because it supports true 15W wireless charging for iphones and it doesn't get hot while doing so. The puck is not too large so you can use the phone while charging with no problem. It has a great magnetic hold as well. The included cable is great and is even replaceable. Checks all the boxes and more!

I was super excited to get this minimalist, slim design charger for my Samsung S23U. I have had other wireless chargers, but they have all been larger than this, and I wanted something that didn't take up a lot of space on my bedside table. I use a power strip behind the table that has regular electrical outlets and a couple of USB outlets. All of the regular outlets are being used, but I was planning on plugging the cable for this charger right into the USB-C outlet on the power strip. The item description says, "Note: Please use an 18W, 20W, or higher power adapter for maximum charging efficiency (adapter not included)." What is should say is, "Note: Please use an 18W, 20W, or higher power adapter TO CHARGE YOUR PHONE AT ALL WITH THIS CHARGER. (adapter not included)." This charger does not charge without a charging brick plugged into an electrical outlet. Please be aware of that and take it into consideration when deciding on this item. You will need a wall adapter that is USB-C capable. Otherwise, with such an adapter, this wireless charger works and charges quickly. It charged both my Samsung and my husband's iPhone.
