I had a surgery where I could not bend down to feed my dog. I bought this bowl. It is wonderful.I do have one small complaint. The tabs to hold the red handle in place could be wider. The way they are now, they sometimes twist and do not hold the bowl in place, and then as I am putting it down to the floor I get water all over as the long handle comes off. Tabs just need to be a little longer and it will be perfect. I am giving it 5 stars anyway as it has helped me feed my dog much easier since my surgery. Otherwise perfect and so helpful.

I purchased this for my mother who recently had back surgery and wasn't allowed to bend for a few weeks. This is the perfect tool for feeding cats. She would put the cat food in their bowls and then put the bowls in this stand and just place it on the floor. When the cats were done eating, she would simply lift up the stand and take the cat bowls out.The bowls on this are very very big for a dog. We put the cat bowls in these dog bowls. So there's no need to clean this stand. I highly recommend this for anyone who has trouble bending to put cat dishes down.

I recently had back surgery and can't bend over. I live alone and had no way to feed my cat. I didn't want her on my kitchen counters, so I snapped this up when I saw it. It's working great for me! I set my cat's food and water bowls in the bigger bowls. Makes for easy refilling and cleaning. I think I'll keep using it even after my back is all healed. It's great!

This unique pet bowl definitely performs as expected. Perfect for pet owners that have back troubles. It's light weight and made as well as any typical plastic pet bowl. The Handle fits nice and tight. My only complaint would be that the handle was a bit warped and had a significant bend to it. However, this does not affect the fit or function.

I had surgery on my neck and couldn’t bend over during recovery. My small dog still had to eat. This was great. I could lift his bowls to me , fill them and put the back with no bending or heavy lifting.My dog was a bit nervous about a pole coming out of his dishes , but when I put a few treats on each side he investigated it and it met his approval.

Very easy to clean and fill with food, but water will spill out if you fill it up on the counter to keep from bending down. I bought a water bottle to fill and then squirt in the tray when it's on the floor to fix that problem.

Recently I had a total hip replacement. And having a little dog and no one to help I was very worried because no one could take her for me. So I did my research and found this wonderful pet bowl that I could feed my dog and not bend. Which is forbidden buy surgeons for a month. I also had to switch her to wee wee pads for awhile, luckily she only weighs 9 pounds. So I found the long handle grip sticks and practiced picking up and laying down the wee wee pads that saved me from walking outside three times a day alone which in the beginning is not allowed. So between the two items I was able to keep my dog out of a kennel saving a lot of money for me and stress for my little girl. I highly recommend this special dog dish.
