Literally so comfortable. Even though i fill these out completely i’m curious about the size C pouch for things like running or exercising to really keep things compressed and locked in. Definitely get the D pouch if you can fill it out otherwise I do think there’s a lot of wasted space if you can’t. It looks and feels great! My wife says they are sexy!

New favorite underwear. I've never felt more supported yet not squished. I have always struggled to find underwear that fits both my waist and package, because most brands only make large pouch underwear in large waistband sizes, and I am a size S. This D pouch underwear keeps me contained and supported without compressing, and is super comfortable to wear. Nothing pinches or rides up. It has survived multiple washes, but I air dry it instead of using the dryer. Definitely worth the higher price if you're someone who struggled to find supportive underwear that fits you. I've since purchased multiple in more colors.
