I bought this item because it came highly recommended by my sister-in-law. However, I never used it, so I cannot give a fair recommendation on it. I know it is supposed to be a lot healthier for you. My sister-in-law raves about this brand, but I honestly do not know anything about it.

This has been a blessing for my health. I use it daily and as much as I want. Taste great. Has helped to improve some of my blood work. Its easy to use just sprinkle it in, I have gotten both the already salt shaker size and the one that is large and can go into the salt grinder. Both are amazing. It dissolved easily. No issues with the appearance for me. I love this salt.
