Great minimalist arm band, confusing sizes
Here's the deal: the confusion surrounding the sizing of this band is insane. I sat on buying this for a few days because I couldn't get a clear answer on what size I needed; My upper arm is 12". The size chart photo shows that to be a Medium. Great! But wait, the seller responded to someone's comment saying 12" needs a large. OK. Then someone else with a 12" arm says they went medium, and they along with 20 other reviewers say to order a size down from what you think you need. What? My arm measures as follows: 12" above the bicep, 13" (and growing, baby!) at the center of the bicep, and 11" below the bicep. You don't want this band right up in your armpit, and you don't want it chafing your inner-elbow, so that area surrounding the bicep is the sweet spot. So based on that 12-13" measurment I ordered a Medium per the size chart image, which the seller tells me is THE correct way to judge. The band arrived 2 hours before I was set to run a public 5k race, so it got an immediate test drive. Firstly, the material feels great, it isn't itchy or uncomfortable but it DOES soak up sweat and B.O. like nobody's business, so be ready for a lot of washing. However, the actual issue came when within a couple minutes my arm was feeling tingly and like it was falling asleep. The band wasn't uncomfortably TIGHT, just snug enough to cut off blood. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Alpha, which is thinner than all newer models of Galaxy and iPhone, so it's not as if the bulk was pressing into my arm. So I contacted the seller afterwards and explained my issue, and ended up with a Large in my hands a few days later. I believe the Large is supposed to start at about 13.75", but it just seemed like the Medium was too snug to be comfortable or good for my circulation. You'll see in my photo that the Large is a full inch wider than the Medium (1/2" when laid flat), and that's where *I* am running into trouble: having run with the large now it's clear that it's just slightly too BIG. If the large was literally a half inch bigger than the Med rather than a full inch then it would be perfect. So with my current 12-13-11 arms, I'm in a grey area. Luckily my goal is to beef up a little, so I'm hoping that in a couple months the Large will fit me just right. Regardless, it's still disappointing that I can't really comfortably use either size now. The seller is well deserving of 5 stars; their customer service and followthrough is outstanding, and they make a great product. Yes, I would be a lot happier if that Large was a half-inch smaller, but the reality is this arm band has no straps or pullstrings or anything: it's not designed to be customized in that way. So yes, a little disappointed in that sizing no man's land, and I'd be interested to know if the same 1" gap exists between the Small and Medium. Just be aware of your exact arm measurments, trust the size chart over the wildly-fluctuating reviews (except for mine of course, I always speak the truth whereas the statue across from me always lies), and buy with confidence knowing that the seller will 100% work with you to make things right if in fact you are unhappy or run into similar size problems.

Great product and customer service
Most of what I have to say has been said already, so I'll just highlight a few brief points. For reference, my measurements (mid-bicep) are: Small arm, unflexed: 11.5" Big arm, flexed: 14" Phone: Samsung Note 8, with basic TPU case Per the sizing recommendations on the product page at the time, I was in the range of a Large arm band, based on my arm/phone sizes, so that's what I ordered. The Large felt good when I first tried it on, but slid down into my elbow when I started running. I contacted E Tronic Edge customer service by email, and they immediately responded and sent a Medium arm band. We've had several email exchanges, and their communication has been excellent. The Medium is snug, but it works much better while running. If I could wave my magic wand, I'd make it a *little* bigger around, but I'm not complaining. Note that the replacement band is longer than the original; see photo. Per customer service, they're making all of the sizes longer now, based on customer feedback. I just wanted to clarify that the difference in length isn't due to the nominal size (L vs M), but rather the iteration of the product (old vs new). Overall, this arm band works well. I like it better than my old one, which had a velcro strap and plastic window so you could ostensibly access your phone's touch screen (which never worked well in practice). This fits my large phone better, and is more comfortable, both because of the design and the soft material. That said, strapping a heavy phone to your arm and making it stay put comfortably while hopping up-and-down for miles on end is a difficult problem to solve. Add to that the fact that our shoulders are bigger than our elbows, and you have a recipe for things sliding down your arm as you run. Even this great arm band slides down some on bare skin (and more so over a shirt). Maybe some silicone nubs inside would help? Thicker fabric? I don't know. It's not perfect, but it's definitely beats the other arm bands, belts, hydration packs, clothing pockets, etc. that I've tried. I think the real solution for me is to ditch my phone altogether and get a GPS fitness band. If you have to carry a phone (and key), though, this is a good solution.

Terrific arm sleeve (and company). Running needs solved!
I run an average of 50 miles a week and have been through a handful of cell-phone and/or keys carrying devices: a velcro armband, a running pouch, and now this arm sleeve. This arm sleeve is by far the best product I have used. Its simple and secure enough that you put your phone in, along with keys, credit cards, money, transportation pass, etc., and not have to worry about a thing falling out during a run. Its also effective against chafing, which I did not find when I used a velcro armband. Size wise I have a 12" arm and ordered the Large size. After using this for a handful of weeks I noticed the arm sleeve would slide toward my elbow, which having to readjust numerous times on a run caused a great annoyance. I read the reviews here and thought by emailing customer service with what I've experienced despite having numerous weeks to try the product, they would see my point and allow for an exchange. Not only was this company willing to send me a new arm sleeve (size Medium this time), they insisted I keep the old arm sleeve and give to a friend. What a cool company! Recently I ran a marathon with this arm sleeve (Medium size). Not once did I have to stop and readjust my armband. It stayed in place the entire time without any indications of chafing or discomfort. For this and how the company stands by their products I cannot justify more ordering an arm sleeve from them. My advice - order a size 1" smaller than an arm. Since my arm is 12" and technically I fall under Large, the Medium size turned out to be ideal :)

Seems to be Sized Extremely Small (UPDATED)
UPDATE (4/8/2019): A huge "great job!" to customer service at E Tronic Edge. I sent them feedback and they responded within a couple of hours apologizing for the inconvenience and sent me another unit. Because of how small the medium was and how large my phone is with the case, I went ahead and got the XL. There are still a few issues, but the band works, stays on my arm, and feels great. REASON FOR -1 STAR: The material feels fantastic, is soft, and doesn't get "grime" on it when you sweat and put it to good use. That's a great thing but also has a draw-back. Even with a properly fitting unit, it still tends to slide down my bicep a bit. I actually tried taking thread-and-needle to it and sowing a little taper into the seem and it really is just the material combined with the impact of running. Honestly, if I was doing yard work, lifting weights, or on a machine at the gym, I doubt I'd have any of these issues. As I got this primarily for running, I took a star off due to this issue. REASON FOR ANOTHER -1 STAR: That zipper, man. It's just too small. I actually can get the phone on if I put it in sideways (meaning rotated 90 degrees from how it's suppose to sit). You turn basically get three corners of the phone in the pocket and use the elasticity in the spandex material to "walk it into the pocket" in the correct orientation. Not perfect, but it works. Because it works it doesn't make sense to ding it too much, especially since I'm putting a large device inside, but it is a bit of a hassle. NOT DEDUCTING A STAR, BUT BUYER SHOULD BE AWARE: This is NOT a ding on the product because if you're purchasing this sort of thing you should just be aware of the basic form-function, but just keep in mind that you can't access the screen while it's in a pocket (obviously). That's going to be true of ANY device like this, but since it's so difficult to get the phone in-and-out of the zipper, the inaccessibility to the device is more pronounced if I happen to get a call while out for a run. If you had an iWatch or something like that, this probably wouldn't be an issue. Overall, still pretty happy with the product. Worth the buy. ===ORIGINAL REVIEW, BELOW=== I got my phone armband today and the material and quality seems extremely good. The zipper is smooth and I suspect it will last quite a while. Unfortunately, the unit is incredibly small. As an engineer, I tend to get a bit obsessive over measurements so I measured my arm at 13 inches at its widest. When I got the sleeve, the inside dimension appeared only 9” which would mean the material would need to “grow” an additional 5”. It definitely does not. It’s worth noting that my phone definitely does not fit in this sleeve (iPhone 8+), but due to the unit not even fitting around my arm it’s a bit of a non-issue. Reviews for customer service appear to be outstanding, so I will update this review as I get the issue resolved. The quality is great and the material is very comfortable, so I hope things work out. Just be aware that you may need to “go up a size” when ordering. I’m even considering going up two sizes due to the extreme degree to which the sizing was off.

Holds up well with a LOT of use and comfortable for hours.
When I first reviewed this a year ago this is what I wrote and it still holds true: Unlike other armbands, this one can be ignored. It is like wearing a compression band and the weight of my iPhone 5s (with a hefty waterproof case) becomes negligible after only a short time. The only thing worth mentioning is that, with the protective case on, the phone is easier to insert into the pouch when it is off my arm. When I use the phone and then put it back, while the band is on my arm, it is a bit of a stretch so I try to hold the zipper together while zipping. I plan on buying a second one of these in one size larger for running with heavier clothing during the winter. For instance, a thicker polar fleece or trail jacket. As long as the size is right it keeps the phone from slipping around and eliminates all bounce AND with no annoying straps to cut into your bicep or chafe. Update after a year: --Have run and hiked with this for over a year now. The rebound stretch of the fabric has held up well. If it becomes too loose, I throw it in a warm wash and delicate dry. The zipper has a catch in it now from taking my phone in and out while on my arm. Amazing, actually, that it still works after zippering it closed while the gap is wide-- something I do a least a few times every day. Just bought a new one because of wanting it to zip smoothly, but still wear the well-used one when the new one is wet. I do attempt to hold the gap together while zippering, but am not as patient as I should be, so these really take some abuse. Occasionally I use another brand which is made of neoprene, with a clear vinyl window, but I only use that one if the weather is really foul because it is not half as comfortable-- it does not flex with the bicep as well, so feels constricting.

Good product
I bought this to use at the gym. I was happy to find an arm band that was not overly bulky like some others are. I like the material, the color and how secure the phone is inside. It's a good fit, but I will say that when doing an aerobic exercise class (with a lot of jumping and arm movements), it kept sliding down and I had to keep adjusting it. However, it never fell below my elbow, just moved down lower on my bicep, which is not really a major problem. I should mention that I got the XL, and did not choose to get a size smaller, since I have larger arms (yes, flabby - hence going to the gym) and didn't want to risk it being too tight. I was wearing it on bare skin, so perhaps next time I'll try it over clothing, and see if that makes a difference. I will also say, that I have an iphone 11, which is quite large, so if you have a smaller phone or lighter phone, it may not move around as much. Oh, also - you will not be able to use your touch screen with this arm band, because the phone is zipped inside the "pouch" of the arm band, which is not clear. I have not tried it yet with headphone, so I cannot say how well it would work with that. Overall, very happy with the product.

Get 1 size smaller than the recommendation. A little pricey but loves the material!
Material is great! Doesn't scratch my underarm like some other sport arm band i've used. I would say overall it's one of the best arm band i've used. I would give 5 stars but have to minus 1 because I think it is a little pricey for such a simple, cheap to make but good product. However, I have to add 0.5 star for a total of 4.5 stars because the customer service was very responsive and helpful. Please read on. So, my biggest circumference of my arm is about 10.5-11" and according to the guide, I need to get the M size. Upon receiving it, it was too loosely fit. It would slide out without a phone in it. With my phone (iphone 8 w/ thin case), it's better but still slide off when i did a test run of 4-5 steps. Even when testing using my wife iPhone X with thicker case, it still doesn't fit right. The phone inside would jiggle too when running. I contacted the customer service from the card inside the product because it says to contact them with any issue. Within 30 mins i got a reply and this was on Saturday night. Super responsive support. After just a couple emails back and forth, Nate (the Customer Support Manager) said he's sending me the smaller size for free. Asked me to give it to a friend as a gift or something. Which is perfect suggestion, my running buddy has bigger arm and Medium definitely fits better for him. I gave it to him and he loves it. So, definitely a good product. Once I got the small size (the free one), I tried and it is snugly fit, my phone doesn't jiggle inside when running. It's perfect! So, I would highly recommend to get 1 size smaller. I've been using it for more than 10 times. wash it inside a laundry net with every run and hang to dry. Still looks like new! Highly recommend!

It gets the job done
It's not bad, it does what it says. It helps you keep your phone on you if you have no pockets and no bag while exercising. Is it the nicest quality? No. But it's good enough quality. It does fit a fairly large cell phone. I'm using a Motorola one 5G UW. And it fits that. You just need to make sure you put the phone in the holder before putting it on your arm. Otherwise you're never going to get it on your arm. Also you want to make sure you open up any apps that you need opened and set them before putting them in the little pocket for your not really going to be able to adjust any settings afterwards. Not only can you not see anything on the phone, you're just not going to be able to control it very well. Very basic controls are possible through this holder. But you can listen to music or your favorite White noise app while you are working out or taking a nice walk. Which is still what it's supposed to do. And it is cheap so four out of five stars is more than acceptable in my opinion. Yes, it could be better, but it is cheap and gets the job done. So good stuff.

Fascia universale porta cellulare
A me scende durante l'attività,dovrei acquistare una taglia in meno.

Perfect sleeve for my use.
This sleeve is perfect for me because it has a zipper to lock your phone and the sleeve acts as a little pocket too which you can use to keep your keys and a few cards.

super Teil
