Great PC for the price
If you’re looking for a quick mini PC for a good price, this is a great system. The AMD CPU and GPU aren’t the newest release, but they’re still very capable for most tasks, including gaming. You won’t be able to play the latest AAA releases at max settings, but lowering the resolution and effects will let you play many games with decent performance. It will also play most games that are a couple years old on max settings with no problems. I will say the case is much more “plasticy” than the photos show, but it still looks good enough.

Power in a small package!
My model isn't the same as pictured. Mine came with only 1 ethernet port. The Dual M.2 slots are great! I swapped out the 1TB for a 2TB and despite having a slower drive as my storage the speeds are pretty good. Seen as high as 1GBs+. The 32GB of DDR5 is awesome and I managed to get Fortnite to run on lowest settings with the Radeon 680. Could use an extra external cooling fan option (hint hint Beelink). Other than that it's a workhorse in a small package.

Perfect!!!
Love this little PC. I got really into Palia on Nintendo Switch, but the graphics on PC are MUCH better. I wanted a reasonable PC solution that wasn’t a laptop. This thing is PERFECT. Lots of space for Palia and all my other games. Fan isn’t noisy. Works like a charm! I recommend it to everyone. TWO THINGS to be aware, but neither are deal breakers:1.) This uses Windows Home edition. It makes exactly ZERO difference to me or for any of the games I play, but some people have complained about it.2.) Though this has 2 USB-C ports only one is a USB4/Thunderbolt compatible port. This was something I knew nothing about. Basically a USB4 port can handle data and video. Again not a deal break, just something to be aware of if your monitor uses a USB-C port.I can’t recommend this computer enough. Such a game changer (pun intended)!!!!

Bee-Link / Amazon wont refund defective machine
The PC started having driver errors about 2 months after purchase. I used the error report window that popped up several times with no response. I then started working with Bee-Link customer service. They agreed it was a know problem but nothing they suggested over several weeks worked. I finally asked for a refund. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID THEY COUD NOT HELP WITH A REFUND AND TO CONTACT BEE-LINK DIRECTLY.... BUT THE ONLY CONTACT INFO ON THEIR WEBSITE IS SUPPORT! I contacted Amazon who said they would reach out to Bee-Link. After 4 days I heard nothing back so contacted Amazon again. This time the Amazon rep said there was nothing they could do because the return window had closed. Bee-link / Amazon have now created the perfect catch-22
