I did research and discovered this product. I am normally sensitive to caffeine but the very particular brand of caffeine used in this particular supplement is actually quite good. And, if you follow the instructions and gradually build up your tolerance to the product, you will have no issues. Day one I had tons of energy and my attitude improved. I no longer felt down in the dumps but actually super positive. I also didn't feel the need to snack and my sugar cravings left. Within the first two days I noticed almost an immediate change. Day one my face looks slimmer, day two my clothing was starting to fit more like it did back in the day. After one week my fiance commented I was losing weight very quickly and he's always been very supportive so he said I didn't need to lose any. But, girls, we know better than that. Lol. After 2 weeks I was back down to my Pre menopause size. I am now maintaining and continuing to slim down but at a more gradual rate. I'm just noticing my clothing fitting better, my bras not feeling so tight. My hips not feeling so heavy. And in general I'm not leaving to eat as much as I was needing the past 2 years. In fact, I'm back to my old diet of having a light breakfast and a reasonable size lunch and some snack at night. And I have energy and I'm staying awake. Plus I don't have dark moods like I was feeling before. I've coupled this with some menopause gummies, berberine and it's been a game changer.

Works if you eat well and exercise which I do. I just don't like the size of the pills or the number of pills you have to take. But it has worked for me I have maintained a nice weight.

Helps curb my appetite without jitters

Used to take these years ago! Like 20 years ago and liked them. I recently started taking them again to loose some stubborn fat but have been noticing that it makes me very nauseous to t try he point where I feel sick the whole day. It might be do to the dosage of 2 pills 2 times per day probably will see if 1 pill twice a day is better if not will stop taking them cause the feeling is not worth it.

I'm not sure why I bought this thinking it had any merits, but I did. These are caffeine pills. I probably drink more coffee than I should, so I have a high tolerance to caffeine. For about a week, when I took these pills, I was wired. It was great. I'd go for a run and have energy for days. I actually beat my PR running while on these. Then after about 2 weeks, I found no difference after taking these. No more rapid heart rate, no more energy. To be completely honest, often times I'd take them and go take a nap. As for weight loss, these had zero effect. No appetite suppression, no losing weight due to increased heart rate, etc. Also, once you stop taking them, you might experience some caffeine withdraw in the form of headaches. In the end, I'd rather have a good pot of hot coffee vs take these pills. They're expensive and basically do nothing as far as weight loss is concerned - unless you count having extra energy for the first two weeks. But at FOUR pills a day as recommended, it's way overpriced.
