Very bright. Multiple intensity. 3 shades - regular, blue, and tungsten. Appears to be very durable. I have been using it for tracing objects through paper and also for diamond art. Both instances, it works very well. I'll give an update if there is any complication or problem with its use.

The product was packaged well for shipping. Excellent value for the money. Very functional options with the lighting. Stays on with ease due to the on/off switch is on the cord instead of on the box. Unlike some I bought in the past. Works great for transferring lines from original work to making a copy without the light going dim or going out completely. This was a nice light board. It's sturdy and has a bright light. I used it when weeding intricate iron on vinyl. It lays flat, which I knew, but I would like it even better if it had a stand.

I tend to go overboard buying tools and accessories when picking up a new hobby. A light pad is a must-have for Diamond Painting, but it can be pretty pricey. I initially bought a thin, lightweight A4-sized pad (8.27 in x 11.69 in) for $15 to $20. However, after using it for over a year, I got tired of its inefficiency for larger projects (most Diamond Painting sizes start at 12” x 12”). So, I decided to upgrade to a larger A3-sized pad (11.7 in x 16.5 in), expecting it to cost between $30 and $69. Despite finding many options, I stumbled upon one with better features at the same low price (with a 20% off coupon, it was $14.50) as my A4 pad, and I couldn't resist trying it. I'm glad I did because the A3 Light Box Tracing turned out to be a smart investment due to its affordable price and superior features. The pros: It offers ten brightness levels, allowing me to work even after a long day when my eyes are tired. Another significant improvement is the presence of physical keys for power and light levels, a welcome change from my A4 pad with its super sensitive button that I always accidentally press. Additionally, the pad has rulers on all four sides, making aligning the borders easier and reducing the chance of crooked rows. The power cord is also long, allowing me to rotate the pad as needed. The cons: This pad is much thicker and heavier than my A4 glass pad and only has one light color option. I have only used the A3 Light Box Tracing, Light Board Drawing, Light Pad Weeding Vinyl, 10 Level brightness max 5000lux, Ultra Thin Light Table for a few days and have found it to be a marked improvement from my A3. -SpaceyFacey

The way this plugs in is fabulous. I just place it on my easel of the same size, and it's never in my way; I don't accidently shut it off as the control is on the desk beside me, not on the tablet itself. All the light settings are great, too, but I have to say I only use one, so I wouldn't need all the choices it has. Makes my life so much "brighter"! Bravo!

Everything is intact. You're supposed to press the power button once, and then hold down the + button till you get the level of brightness you want. When I press the power button all I get is a blue light coming on just below. and if I press it again it goes off. And that's it. The light board itself never comes on.
