64 ounces. CHY-MAX is often referred to as a first-generation Fermentation-Produced Chymosin (FPC). CHY-MAX Extra, Chr. Hansen’s high quality milk coagulant, is produced via a controlled fermentation and contains 100% chymosin. This coagulant offers optimum cheese yield and quality and can be used in the production of most cheese varieties. CHY-MAX Extra can be used as the coagulant of choice in the production of most cheese varieties. Ingredients: CHY-MAX Extra contains chymosin in a salt brine solution with sodium benzoate added as a preservative. 625 to 655 International Milk Clotting Units (IMCU) This product is not required to be refrigerated in shipment, only upon arrival. If you are concerned about post office misdelivery, late delivery, hot weather at your delivery zip code or inability to put in refrigerator upon arrival, you can add an ice pack in shipment for $3.75 more, plus the cost of the weight of this shipping. If you order more than one item, there will be one ice block for the entire order. You will need to select this as a separate purchase in our store as we do not automatically ship with an ice pack.
