Love the smell/ the texture

I purchased Dr Teal’s Epsom Salt Magnesium Soak hoping to add a little more relaxation to my evening routine, and it has definitely become a staple in my bathroom.The resealable bag is easy to store and the crystals dissolve quickly in warm water without leaving any gritty residue. The scent is noticeable but not overpowering, creating a calming atmosphere without being artificial or overwhelming.After soaking for about 20 minutes, I felt noticeably more relaxed, especially after long workdays or strenuous workouts. While I can’t measure the magnesium benefits directly, I consistently feel less tense and more refreshed after using it. ロフトのイベントで頂いて、使って良かったので、重いのでアマゾンで購入。アメリカでは、子供の擦り傷や切り傷、大人は痔の対策に使います。使い方は、普通の入浴剤の用に使うだけです。痔の予防や緩和には、洗面器にお湯とこちらを入れてお尻をつけるだけ。アメリカでは、出産をするとお祝いセットに、洗面器と共に病院から頂けます(オリジナルが)こちらには、塩が入ってますが香りも良く、ロードバイクで痛くなったお尻に良いです。オリジナルの香りがついてない物が欲しいのですが、(安いし、植木の水にもつかえる)香りつきばかりなのが残念。

匂いは控えめで、お湯に入れるとほぼ無臭。アロマを楽しみたい人にとっては物足りないかも。体もそこまでは温まらないというか...可もなく不可もない印象。あえて再購入しようとは思えない。
