Perfect Little Table
I rarely do reviews unless a product is really bad or as with the Gidget, really great! I having been sewing literally all my life and have had many different machines and cabinets. I usually put my machine on a table or desk but in searching for a way to do freehand quilting with as little repetitive strain as possible, I looked at many specialty tables. I did not want to spend $3000 on the fabulous Koala set up and I wanted something easy to set up. The Gidget at $119 through Amazon Prime looked like a good risk. I could not be more pleased. It was totally assembled right out of the box and even the height of the recessed platform was perfect for my Bernina 140 Patchwork Edition. I set it up next to the bed in my guest room (same height) and was sewing in less than 5 minutes. I have never had as comfortable reach, view and height of any previously used table. The table is on a tile floor, no rug and I ran the machine as fast as possible with little vibration. I will say that I can anticipate times when the cut out for the machine may be a problem as it does not exactly match. You can pay more for a wheeled Gidget 2 and cut out to exactly fit your machine. I will use a large sheet of clear vinyl with just a small hole for the feeds dogs. Other reviews have mentioned the roughness of the inside edges of the cut out but that is not an issue as it should be below the area where one is sewing. For the price of this sturdy table, you could cover those edges easily with table if you are bothered by it.Overall, this really inexpensive table is a perfect fit for my needs. Of course, with Prime, it was delivered quickly and I am hoping the Gidget will outlast me!

Great Little Sewing Table
I use my guest room for crafts and sewing, so space is at a premium. I wanted something that could be folded and stored away if necessary. This table is very sturdy and easily folds and unfolds. I have an older Pfaff 6091, which is a smaller machine, so I had to come up with a minor adjustment to the shelf that lowers for flatbed position: the shelf is adjusted higher or lower by screwing a wing nut up or down on a long bolt. I had it on the highest threads, but there was about an inch without threads at the top; I was able to raise the shelf higher by taking off the wing nut, putting a thick nut at the highest (unthreaded) position, then screwing the wing nut as high as it would go. This placed the shelf at exactly the right height for my machine. I quilt, so the 36" ruler on the front edge of the table is very handy and I've already used it numerous times today (I got the table yesterday). The table is a perfect size to place a few tools and necessities on it while sewing, but small enough that I will probably leave it up even when guests are using the room. It would be easy to put my machine in the closet and raise the machine shelf flush with the table surface to give the guests extra space to use as a desk. Overall, I'm thrilled with this sewing table and would definitely recommend to anyone needing a small sewing table.Update: I've been using this table for about a month now and love it even more! It's so much more comfortable and ergonomic to have my machine at a good height (lowered into the flatbed position). My back is feeling much better! Not having to set up my machine and tools in the dining room, then put everything away before dinner is a real game changer! My spare room is now my happy place all the time!

Very Happy Quilter!
I ordered this 30 pound (easy enough for me to handle) Arrow cabinet (table) for quilt retreats and so glad I did. Purchased a small lightweight dolly ($13 @ Tuesday Morning) that holds up to 55 pounds (use a bungee cord to keep it on) to roll back & forth to & from my car. Easily fits in the trunk of my car. This great table has adequate table top space to my left for piecing quilts. Adjustable lift for sewing machine to fit flush with tabletop, ample leg room, easy to set up & tear down. Very sturdy table does not jump around since piecing quilts doesn't require warp speed. I bought this one WITHOUT the built-in wheels because of the ample tabletop space on my left. FYI - The table with wheels has less sewing room on the left as sewing machine fits in the middle of the table. I used the packing material to fill the open spaces around the sewing machine. I just made a snug pillow-like slip cover for the Styrofoam pieces after I taped the pieces together. Perfect!

Its a good value.
I've used this table for a few months now and it works great for my needs. I live in a small apartment and move quite often so this table is a great option.Pros:Its ready to go right out of the box except for adjusting the drop down for your machine height. It is fairly steady and using it doesn't create vibrations that would bother the neighbors downstairs. It is sturdy and well constructed. It is much better than I was expecting at this price point. The machine drop down is a game changer for my sewing. It makes it much easier to sew clean lines, especially curves around sleeves and necklines. Its easy to fold up and stick in the closet. It's a good value. Its cheap, sturdy, and useful.Cons:The cut out for the machine drop-down on this model isn't big enough to fit the extension table that came with my machine (Brother CS-6000i). Custom inserts can be ordered, but I'm debating upgrading to a better machine and I don't know if I want to invest in an insert that I won't need in a year. The machine sits a little too close to the front of the table for my liking. It would be nice if it were more centered.Summary:This is a great entry level sewing table. It's a big upgrade over sewing with a machine on a flat table and the custom insert is worth the expense if you're not planing on changing machines anytime soon. If you sew enough to think you want one of the big fancy tables but space, or moving logistics, or price point are keeping you from buying one, this is the table for you. After using it a bit, you'll know if you still want to shell out more money for a fancier table.
