Great variety of different vitamins, but the price are really high
So this is quite a good supplement which for sure will be beneficial to your health as it offers a variety of different vitamins, minerals and other things in one dose. Starting with Vitamins A, C, and E and a variety of B ones, and finishing with things like Coenzyme Q10 and good gut bacteria. So it looks really great. I have been using it for a bit already, and my energy levels went up a bit, which was really nice surprise. As well you get in a box a bottle which is a quite good quality as well. Using it is quite easy as it comes in separate satchets; once mixed( it mixes rather well ),it becomes greenish in colour, so I was expecting the taste not to be so good, but it was quite good, sweet with a hint of pineapple.I really do like this supplement, however, the price is outrageous for one month of supplement. Yes, it has a lot of different ingredients such as Q10, which is quite price, but still ,the price is really high. If you can afford its really worth getting it as you dont need millions of different bottles, but if you dont want to spend too much mone, just choose the main vitamins and buy them separately will be cheaper.

Yes it's pricey but so are the ingredients, especially if you try to buy them individually!
Most of the reviews here seem to be fixated on the price of these AG1 Greens Powder Supplement and yes, it is pretty costly for a month’s supply but you do get what you pay for. I take a number of items already included in this mix such as multivitamins, mushroom blend, broccoli powder, beetroot powder, probiotics, ashwaganda and grapeseed extract. Each one of those ingredients can cost anywhere from £5 to £20 per month, depending on the strength and brand. And that’s just a fraction of the ingredients that is included in this mix! So if you are used to taking a lot of supplements the chances are that you could save money by taking this powerhouse of a supplement. What I would be interested in seeing is if they could bring the price down some for people who would like to order it on subscribe and save. Now, I take a concoction of supplements not because I am an athlete (which I think the AG1 blend is likely to be more targeted at) but because I am an older vegan and I want to be sure I am getting everything I need to help with my aging body! This blend from AG1 is not particularly tasty but it’s not offensive either. It’s certainly easier to drink down than all the pills that I currently take (and I do worry a bit about all those capsule cases in my body!) and while I don’t feel a huge amount of difference so far it’s possible that it’s because I’m not taking my other supplements and it has just replaced them like for like although I am interested in the additional ingredients here too.I would argue that we are good at wasting money on hobbies, cinema trips etc etc so I think if you can afford it, do your body a favour and just give it a month to take AG1 and see how you feel!

Good enough for Huberman. But not for me. 🦸🏼♀️
The media could not be loaded. So I should first point out that I am reviewing this as someone with health conditions, such as autoimmunity and MCAS. I am also a seasoned health professional who works in health optimisation.I got this because I highly respect Andrew Huberman, and trust his perspective and opinion and evidence based factual publications. And I truly believe that if you have zero underlying health conditions whereby your immune system reacts to certain food and chemical substances that this could be amazing for you.It has got every ingredient under the Sun in it. So it does indeed offer a full spectrum of vitamins and nutrients for those who are perhaps time poor, or just like the idea of boshing a drink on the go instead of putting a nutritional meal together.Zero judgement, I totally get it.There are ingredients in this such as chlorella, spirulina and wheat grass, which may be problematic for those with histamine intolerance and autoimmunity. And are definitely problematic for me. Ditto green tea extract. It also contains fermented ingredients, which again are known to be problematic in those who have histamine intolerance. It’s also not AIP compliant because it contains pea Protein and alfalfa. Now these aren’t unhealthy ingredients. But for those with histamine and autoimmunity they are problematic. Lastly, it does use flavouring and Stevia, which for me is desperately disappointing. Because those of us who are truly into the health have zero interest in the taste of stuff, they just want the function of it to enable us to have optimal health. So adding sweeteners and flavourings makes me give this a thumbs down. Now let’s get onto value for money. The price of this is steep. But to be fair if it gave somebody the energy and Vitality to get on with their day and enjoy life then it would be massively good value. But having looked at the ingredients I could see how you can get these nutrients in a different way they wouldn’t cost so much. But it’s very convenient and I get that. Also the branding and the advertising that support this make it seem like a product to aspire to. But for me at a little bit smoke and mirrors . Sorry Andrew I do still love you.

Still deciding but so far it's pricey, and slow to see results
Let's talk about the design. The bottle which I expected it to be glass for this price is a hard plastic, however it's fine. The lid is weighted and aids with shaking it and I like that it has clear markings for the measurements. Also it is easy to clean, although it would have been nice had they included a cleaning instrument to get through the lids gaps. The powder packets are poorly designed, how are these meant to be for travel? Opening it invited your face to a cloud of powder as the powder is clumped up inside, even opening the packet and pouring it out fully has less success than an indoomie flavour packet. You have to start knocking it to get the power out the crevices. For £100+ you can be sure you want to get every bit of powder. The taste is barely pineapple and vanilla. It has an after taste but not as flavourful as I expected.I am still drinking this. I have not been consistent everyday, and so I will continue so I can talk about the benefits if it presents with any.
