I'm 5'7"tall about a 34"waist,what size would work for me?I don't quit understand centimeters on the size chart,can anyone help?

Size chart has Large/34. I assumed that meant 34 waist (that's what I am) and they fit well over jeans. Length is also 34. Hope that helps.
